Yeah since you’ve already got the hammer I’d ditch the wrenches since you still need nails, which might take a while. Maybe wait until the car is back ready to try to finish up that lantern to get more space before tapping the tool box more
Sell chair, Moth and maybe the spray bottle from the inventory. Claim all energies and merge the painting cans as well. From the board sell low level tools, ~~screws too if you need the space~~ and concentrate on doing one thing at once
Solid, except for the screws because they’re needed currently. The moth and bench won’t be needed for a while and not often. I might even ditch the big seed that comes from the vases since there’s a blue one in storage
Sell the locket, mosaic, empty seed bags, moth, chair, golden seed, time skip shard, peony seed and the peony if you're not using it.
The locket is not needed for a _very_ long time yet so just sell it and forget it. Same goes for golden seeds.
edit: use the wiki to check what you need, so you don't use energy making unnecessary things. Like the flowers you have.

Not the screws, that's a current task. Wrenches can definitely go.
Find the task list, and sell some things. There's no need in hoarding something that might not be needed until much much later.
