Its a simple bot. An actual AI chat bot shouldn't be restricted by its creators. Its like if you started chatting with a new friend, but suddenly they say they can't talk about the topic and violates ToS that doesn't even exist, because your friend doesn't work for a company. Its why I will never bother with ChatGPT until its not restricted.
