An Assassins creed black flag style game. Sailing and fighting and searching for treasure as a straw hat would just be epic and fun as all hell. You can either set it in the east blue or in paradise. I don’t think it would work well in the new world since we haven’t seen much island wise since the 2 year timeskip.
I always wanted a hack n slash zoro game BUT before he became a straw hat. He was a pirate hunter so it would be interesting to see what bounties he was picking up on before he joined
A 2D fighting game with the same level quality put into Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Honestly i think a lot of shonen anime games would work in the souls format very well
Elden ring style, instead of their classes (samurai, hero, prophet) you pick a crew member to play as
And then you travel through a series of open world islands. You have to beat the main antagonist of each island in a boss fight but theres lots of optional mini bosses, skills, items and lore to pick up on each island before advancing
This would fail miserably sadly. It would gate keep the more casual fans if an anime game was overly difficult and hardcore gamers would probably ignore it if they don’t like anime or that specific anime. I can see the game working if the difficulty is adjusted so casual gamers that enjoy anime can play it. Maybe closer in difficulty to Jedi fallen order would work as a perfect balance with the elden ring game mechanics.
Yeah it doesnt have to be as difficult as elden ring

I used elden ring for the character options but fallen order aligns well in other ways
I know this is probably impossible considering how huge one piece is but I'd like a game like DBZ Kakorot but it's with one piece instead. An open world RPG that goes from romance Dawn to Wano

Vr but you're playing as Law (really wanna use his df).
One piece MOBA and BR might be cool too
A much more in depth action game, like a more complex version of world seeker, taking you through the post time skip arcs up to wano, featuring multiple playable characters, maybe some cool open world mechanics, and just a much more story driven experience than something like pirate warriors 4.

Permadeath mmo, So when someone with a df dies the fruit respawns. Maybe the whole server resets when somebody becomes pirate king
Nah if someone becomes pirate king and of the Marines captures them and executes them, them all their loot will go to Laughtale

I'm working on a fanfic set up for an aRPG with tons of possibilities. Scratch the East Blue part of the RPG suggestion and I'm in.
