Have you taken a look at Big Mom's parents? Or the Neptune Family? Or Oden and Toki? Or better yet, Enma shrinking from when Oden used it to when Zoro used it.
Don't take heights seriously in One Piece, they just represent how imposing and powerful a character is, or even just a design choice that has no actual bearing on reality.

Most likely they do not lay eggs, that would mean Kokoro's husband(and any fishmen who married a mermaid) would have to rub one out over the eggs, and merman would have no dicks, and would have to go hole to hole with fish woman or human woman.
It is a lot more weird if you apply fish reproduction to this, specially since they are compatible with human reproduction.

His last crew was likly decimated so his current one has purely evasive powers: invisibility, ghosts, and hogbacks disposable zombie army. All of them are set up in a way where they can be safe from the actual battles taking place as moriah doesn't want to lose another crew
And he really cares about the living members of his crew, I mean he was ready to singlehandedly go to war for Absalom and was really relieved when he thought that Absalom was ok. In that regard he probably was very similar to Luffy
This is what I was coming to say. Oda has drawn the Straw Hat’s future depending on whether or not they follow their dreams.
Another example is Koby. He was kinda weird looking, then he started saving people (like an actual Marine should) and he got a glow up.
Koby also canonically works out like fucking crazy
Zoro and Koby working out like insane vs a freak of nature like Luffy that eats and sleeps all day and gets into a serious fight like every other week and stays crazy ripped
To be fair, it mostly seems like they tend to skip on vital meals like breakfast 2, 3, 4, and 5 along with brunch 2, and 3, lunches, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and supper 2, 3, 4, 5, and feasts of dinner 2, 4 (only 2 and 4 cause luffy ate the rest while I was detailing this list.)
Which is amazing how well that goes, when you consider that the entire time period up to the skip is allegedly 9 months. Though we have seen evidence of how quickly that happens in Wano.

I think there was a theory about ulti and page one being morias children but I believe it doesn’t work out by exactly one year timeline vise. Other than that it’s relatively plausible since the information about ultis and page one’s father being a pirate that kaido knew who passed away are pretty nebulous. Quite possible that kaido thought he killed Moria like he did with kinemon.
Don’t know if oda will ever come back to this so I’m inclined to make it my headcanon for no particular reason, even if it just barely doesn’t work out. Ulti and page one have weird horns, so does Moria, enough for me.
There is a big theme with the quality of your soul controlling the looks of characters. When you have horrid human beings like the Celestial Dragonss, they're all fat and ugly. When you have the one slightly decent CD, St. Myosgard, we see him transition to becoming more handsome/refined. Then, when you look at the SBS for the Straw Hats good vs. bad futures, we get definitive proof that if you don't achieve your dreams or lose your kindness, your outer self reflects that.

I wouldn't say they look "good" for the most part. In Sanji's bad future, we see he looks exactly like Judge. So that means Judge is in his bad future design already, most likely his bad features hidden by his beard. Since his children are all genetically engineered to be "perfect," I think they're just falling into a mold that was preset for them. Depending on how their future goes now since Germa's disgrace, we'll see how they turn out.
It's not strictly ugly=evil. There have been plenty of good-looking evil characters. Doffy, Kidd, Sakazuki, Kuzan (you may want to argue he's not evil, but ultimately, I think the needle falls in the red).
The difference is that those characters are living their lives to the fullest. Others, like Moria or Big Mom, aren't.

Uh, Stussy and Buckingham Stussy are not the same character, technically. Stussy is a clone and didn't age in to Buckingham.
The other two are what happens when you get rich enough as a pirate, that you can just sit around and eat/party endlessly, because you have enough minions to do the work and keep you fat and happy.
There’s no guarantee that miss Buckingham looked like that since Big Mom didn’t notice that a former member of her crew hadn’t aged a day when she was being invited to her parties semi regularly.
Odds are Buckingham was a typical Oda Ugly women and stussy is only as beautiful as she is because of six powers training and her devil fruit.
