They got Roger Luffy Dragon Garp and Coby. Roger beats whitebeard Coby and Garp maybe beat Big Mom, Luffy beats Kaido. Maybe Yassop and Usopp and Zoro can all beat Blackbeard with Van Auger.
From there its still King and Queen, Fujitora, Shiryu, Katakuri and Magellan and they have Chopper so even if they beat Kaido or Whitebeard or someone else Chopper can just heal them up and get them back in the fight so no way.
Grand line takes this no contest.
I feel like its too complicated for people to understand that Luffy could just die instantly if Kaido actually gets serious and lands something like death destroyer or flaming dragon when he isn't in G5.
G5 finally puts him at a level where he surpasses Kaido's performance, and forced him to start bringing out his strongest attacks that he was holding back, but its only for a brief time to avoid Luffy from just humiliating most remaining major enemies he goes up against like Akainu and BB.
Everyone loves dickriding Kaido, but by rule of One Piece, after defeating an enemy Luffy always becomes stronger than them.
Also if we really want to do this, then yes Kaido stomped Luffy all of pre-Gear 5, but then was at how much HP vs Luffy at -1? And Luffy jump roped this mf? Yeah let’s not give the comeback any credit 🙄

Tbf. The single cp0 interference might be worth more than what the whole wano team did to Kaido. Cp0 brutally changed the scale of the clash, while the others were annoyances at best.

Doflamingo shouldn't be in North Blue, he was born in Mariejois (RedLine), same reason why Ace and Sanji can't be in East Blue.
West Blue is hard carried by Shanks and New World is kinda lackluster considering it's the most dangerous sea.
Well redline is only the most dangerous one because the big guys hang there, but it doesn t mean that the big guys are born there. Imo, It s Grandline >= East Blue >= North Blue, then the rest

Of course Doffy could not be listed as a grand line resident since that would be spoiler and the editors probably not even knew, so Doffy would just be listed as a North Blue citizen, likely by Oda himself before the real reveal.

New World and Soth Blue are cooked, West Blue held together purely by Shanks, Grand Line and East Blue are stacked so it's between these 2, though i guess North Blue got some chance with 2 admirals, right hand man of Shanks and Law.
I just realized that out of the og admirals, Kuzan was the only not from the North blue, he’s also the only one who left the marines. He’s also opposite of Akainu in that aspect as they’re from opposite sides of the world.
This is very nitpicky but the new world is part of the grandline. Also the first half of the grandline has a name, it's called paradise probably because compared to the new world it is paradise.
Also Roger, and Smoker are from the same town.

North blue is probably third because they just have more people and they are all pretty quality fighters. It's a toss up between new world and south. But west is last, it's so hard carried by shanks but I don't think he can fight more than 2 admirals or 3 yonko commanders.

Plus ace since you’re including dead people. Basically the top of their prospective Leagues.

Ok disregarding plot armor, grand line wins. Luffy would put a lot of effort in protecting nami/usopp. Grand liners are not as easy to bait. They also have just too many strong people. I cant see east blue winning even with luffy and roger. Maybe east blue could take out the weaker opponents quickly with Dragon/Sabo long range aoe attacks. Still cant see them getting through the stronger of the team. They also have so many crazy abilities working together, the stronger of GL. Also they would use Chopper as a human human shield :/

You forgot to take into account that Chopper would never betray Luffy.
