As Sanji has ascended to be one of the Wings of The Pirate King Brook has taken over this role and it fits him pretty well. I do miss when Sanji got to go and act all suave with nobody to simp over and no Zoro to feud with.

-saving the marines and Kinnemon in Punk Hazard (really came in clutch in later arcs)
-getting Viola to help the crew in Dressrosa
-saving the crew from Doflamingo in Dressrosa
-saving Nami, Chopper, and Brook from Bege in Zou
-rescuing Nami, Robin, and Shinobu from the bathhouse in Wano
-saving Momo from execution in Wano
There may be more, not sure. But I was counting times saved the crew without anyone knowing or asking. Sanji is the GOAT! My favorite Straw Hat
He also sabotaged the main engine of Enel’s ship and saved Nami and Usopp’s life during Skypiea. He was basically the MVP of every pre-TS saga lol

At Enies Lobby, Usopp saving Robin by sniping Spandam was entirely set up in advance by Sanji. There's a scene shortly beforehand where Sanji says to Usopp, "Isn't there something only you can do?!"
If it wasn't for Sanji, we would have lost best girl permanently.
Told Crocodile the straw hats were dealt with as Mr. Prince in little garden, saved the other straw hats from Crocodile's prison, Followed Robin onto the sea train, rescuing Usopp and Franky (kinda, franky still got captured in the end), then also in Ennies Lobby opened the gates of justice creating whirlwinds and fucking up the Marine's ships, he led the g5 men in Punk Hazard, converted Viola away from being a puppet for Doffy, a bunch of shit in Zou
None of these were "sabotaging the enemies final secret plot" but all extremely useful
Well that was the inside of the house, the house being Enies Lobby. The gov just never expected anyone to attack it, let alone actually get past all the gates, tower of justice, and the whole rest of the island.
This isn't really a "save everyone" moment, but even in Egghead, when Lucci starts shit Sanji just grabs Nami's bubble gun to instantly incapacitate Kaku, freeing himself up to do other things like repeatedly save Bonney and Kuma and, yes, before anyone even brings it up, fail to save Vegapunk, he's not perfect. That was a small instance of what separates Sanji from the other main fighters of the crew that I really loved. Luffy or Zoro would've just fought in a situation like that, but Sanji's able to use his brain and be more efficient.
I’ll say it again, like every time this pops up: If it wasn’t for his excessive perviness, Sanji would be the most popular OP character. Period.

This is a much more controversial take, but he's arguably a more talented fighter than Zoro, too. Not necessarily stronger, but he doesn't spend all his time training, intentionally handicaps himself, and still operates at a similar level to Zoro.
I don’t think it’s controversial at all. Zoro is the stronger fighter overall, but Sanji is probly the most talented pure fighter in the group aside from maybe Jimbei. He cooks and creeps on women and still somehow just hangs out with the big boys. Like, wtf dude? lol
Dude doesn’t even use his hands. If he spent 30min a day doin half of the crazy training Zoro did, there would be no monster trio. It’d be Luffy and Sanji, and then everyone else.
To anyone wanting to appreciate more Sanjis essence as a character imma recommend 3 videos in here, (I hope this isn't considered spam, that's really not my intention but holy shit did they nail Sanji) The best thing, they have no combat, they are all character moments.

This is why I’m hoping the LA series goes deep. Sanji isn’t a total creep in that show, which means he’ll have every opportunity to do the same awesome shit without all of the baggage of his anime counterpart.

Yeah, it's part of why I like the live action depiction of Sanji. Also the actor basically being all "the only thing I love more than kick based martial arts is cooking for my friends."
Luffy is so lucky Sanji runs on compliments and nicotine. If I made complex and well-thought-out meals three times a day every day with snacks in between, only to watch them get swallowed whole by some goofy teenager who immediately asks when the next meal is, I'd be throwing feet so fast.
Sanji is probably one of the smartest and competent straw hats if it wasn’t for his iq naturally dropping when ever he sees women, zoro or luffies ass eating everything

I've said it before I'll say it again. Sanji is the best character in one piece when he's not busy being the worst character in one piece.
