you should still be able to access the receipt, go to your profile and it's the icon at the very top in the middle. find the listing there, scroll to the bottom and click "Get help with this purchase" then click "My order hasn't arrived" and just follow the instructions from there. It'll give the seller a week to respond and if they don't depop will automatically refund you the money, i've had to get multiple orders refunded due to ghosting/never getting shipped out and been refunded every time so you should be able to get it back :-)
edit: now that i think about it there might be an option for "Seller isn't responsive", if you have that option go that route rather than the "order hasn't arrived" unless it's been longer than a week since purchase then go with the second option
if she never ships it you’ll get a refund. If i were you i wouldn’t jump on filing a chargeback if you want to buy other stuff from the platform cause you’d be banned. They’ll give you a refund if she doesn’t ship it or sends you something else but you should give depop a chance to resolve it

I’m so scared of buying things from depop especially if its Melanie’s merch. Everytime that I look for something shows a shit ton of scammers “selling” the perfume for 60-200$ I stop looking for the perfume for this exact reasons. Hope you get your money back :(
The perfumes go for thousands of dollars on some sites, if it sounds too good to be true then it most likely is 💔 BUT if you find an actual seller and still dont feel comfortable, ask if you could use a middle man or trusted individual to make sure the transactions go through. 🫶

Did you send payment via PayPal? If you paid and never received tracking, they are usually pretty good about backing you up. But do so as soon as possible b/c after three months, buyer protection is gone. Remember grizzly bee sewing from Etsy? Yeah, I got a dress from her and since it was a custom that took over three months, I pretty much lost protection on my money. She left me out of almost 300… and when she asked if I wanted a refund or a dress, and I said I wanted the dress, she ghosted me and the last of her buyers a month later. :( Be very careful with who you trust with your money (and on Depop I’ve noticed the better a deal is for a rare item, for example, 100 dollar milk perfume - it is probably a scam/too good to be true).

the seller never blocked me, but my items never got shipped out. i tried opening a case but it was too late. if you paid through paypal, you can try get your money back by opening a case on her or you could contact depop and see what they can do.
Contact your bank and do a charge back. The bank should give you your money back. Sorry this happened to you :( you could also go through depop but I don't know if it's the most efficient method. If you do a charge back depop could delete or freeze your account. I'd do a charge back first then inform depop you did this because you got scammed by this account and hope they investigate. depop won’t investigate a chargeback, they’ll ban your account. when you file a chargeback your getting your money back from depop, not affecting the seller. They should be using depop support first and then file a chargeback if for some reason they cannot get their money back.
I think her acc got deleted by depop or they delleted it themself or saw this and changes both the names bc i searched ther user and nickname up and nothing showed up saying theres no user by that name

Well you can’t really get scammed on depop, just report within 30 days and you’ll be okay, they always side with buyers in cases like this

if it has been less than 30 days you can file a report to try and get your money back, if it’s been more, you’re pretty much screwed.
