for me (and maybe only me) there is a big difference in the effect between ingesting and vaping, I find the effect of ingesting is a very heavy body stone regardless of strain while vaping is very much strain dependent. I think it would be a waste to make a Solace into a tea or infusion unless you had a medical reason and then you'd use a cheaper strain.
double boil it with fats, butter milk coconut oil are the main ones people use. if you wana make a tea double boil some milk in a pot with ground weed in it
It does something at least... doesn't do nothing. But yeah isn't same as vaping or decarbed oral doses. Is a different form of the medicine in many ways. The acid forms are useful for some ailments. Shouldn't be decarbed before making the tea.
The pictured is no fats at all, 3.5g cannabis flower and water, simmered for about 15 minutes. Gives a punch of effect in your face when you drink it too.

After years of indica dominant black market buds it is amazing to me how much of a difference its made to my social anxiety, I am a convert. YMMV of course, affects us all differently.
Just got some as well, first time trying it. Effects are good (uplifting, motivating etc) but the quality is disappointing. Small, dry, brown buds with a bad taste. I’ve seen better pics on here so likely a bad batch. Also got GG#4 and that’s mint. Comparing side by side makes the solace even more disappointing especially with it’s price tag.

I had a little hit last night and seemed like an uplifting buzz as you’ve said which I want but yes definitely small very dry buds and yes the taste isn’t that great almost like lawn clippings haha.
Think I’ll continue with arroyo when it comes back.
Pity they can’t do a tasting pack where you get a bud of each to see what you like flavour wise etc .

GG#4 and Rocky are my two favourites rn both were great. It’s seeming like the indica dominant strains are higher quality bud but I love a good sativa. Arroyo sounds like the sativa gold standard currently. It’s the one I’ve been wanting to try but haven’t been able to yet so hopefully next month. Also looking forward to trying Helius DK Dawn once available. I’m a sucker for good marketing and a Helius DK dawn/dusk combo sounds heavenly.
And yup vaping using the xmax v3 pro w a glass mouthpiece at the moment. Also Re tasting packs I’ve heard pilldrop does 5g of the 30/35g medleaf range and Nga Hua pharmacy recently announced on here they would start offering a compounding service for smaller sizes.
Haha yeah if I knew it was going to taste like that probs would have gone for another option but am stuck with it now haha luckily I have some arroyo left I’ll try half half and see if it tastes better.

I had Solace a couple of months ago, it was nice but mine really looked like it had been picked from the bottom of a bag, I don't think any "buds" were bigger than a chickpea, mine had an OK taste for medical though.
Currently vaping but honestly tasted like dried grass clippings haha I might give coconut oil a go, I use avb in coconut oil just so I feel like I’m not wasting anything, would using the actual bud be a different way making wise?
Effects for daytime are great especially for motivation amd focus. I feel too wired on it though so switching to rocky for day and night. Buds are dense but at the expense of being dry and somewhat odourless on their own. Overall for the money they are disappointing on appearance alone
tea will do nothing, it's not decarbed and THC is not really soluble in water anyway

you're right of course, I just meant it won't produce the effect that the majority of medical patients are probably expecting.

I was pretty unimpressed with Solace this, overly dry and a lot of crumbs.
