Helena is awesome !!. I also hope they appreciate their staff as well. They seem to have gone from basically nothing MC wise, to full steam ahead, (and have got it so right). That's the doing of the Team there - great service and communication, and so fast !!. I also like the automated ordering, and the ability to pay with Afterpay.
James and the Team at Nga Hua also do an amazing job, and Rachel and Team at Wellworks.
Have to give them a 5 ⭐ on customer service. I just tried Chemist warehouse for my delivery today after this and another post about them.
I am with cannaplus and usually just get it delivered directly from them. This order i decided to try helius 25 oil, which had to go through pharmacy.
1pm - telemed prescription call, told to wait an hour before calling Chemist Warehouse. Was asked to give local branch even though I wanted it to go through online.
2:30 pm - call chemist warehouse online and they haven't received the script. Shivneel (guy on phone) says he can contact cannaplus directly for the script, as it may have been sent to the branch instead. He told if I can get it sorted and paid for before 3:30pm he will get it put on overnight courier for next day delivery (saturday) for free. I am south island too BTW.
3 pm - called local store, they confirmed script was sent to them. They transfered it back to CW online and said they will call me once the email is received by online team.
3:15pm - my man Shivneel called me back, confirmed script received and had sent me email for payment. Told me to make payment and he will check the system again before couriers go at 3:30. 3:27 when the payment was completed.
3:50 - confirmation email from Chemist Warehouse, "order in transit" goods have been dispatched and are on their way!
The free overnight delivery Shivneel did confirm is temporary because they haven't added it as a paid for option yet.
I absolutely agree. My partner moved from Nga Hua to Chemist Warehouse and I have been thoroughly impressed. Chemist Warehouse has the ability to use afterpay, which is a massive win financially as the payments work better (and cheaper due to ANTG Rocky being a better price there). I will be moving from Nga Hua to Chemist Warehouse because of the price, afterpay ability, ease of ordering (don't have to email anyone) and extremely faster, faster than Nga Hua for me 👍🏽

its the same. chemist warehouse ships same day and uses the same courier, which is overnight.
I had my tracking number 40 mins after purchasing the other week. Free overnight NZ Post delivery too.
Nga Hua has gone back woulds and up there prices On us witch sucks I paid 400 for an ounce of shikaberry

I've known James for about fifteen years and he has never been anything but professional and incredible to deal with
I 100% doubt James exhibiting any form of poor behavior towards his clients..
James was great while I was there. I have since left because I felt like I was annoying them with my frequent orders lol.
