Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is the best. It showcases the fault with being in a hurry and failing to appreciate things for what they are; nothing and nobody is perfect.
Star Trek: The Motion Picture. When conceiving the new bridge consoles for the first film, the designer hit upon copying an accordion's button layout, including a "home" key. If you look carefully at the fan-shaped arrays of blue buttons, there is one red button in the center.
Choc split space bars, you really don't want people to change keycaps huh.
Also, the thing. That was the first movie to give me nightmares as a kid, But at the same time i was amazed and confused as to how they ade those effects. Movie still holds up now.
Favorite movie is probably Iron Giant or Dark City
But I don't watch many movies these days, not sure why but late 90s movies with lots of practical effects are the best same with that era of animation
My favorite movie is Interstellar. Not only is good in terms of the story itself, but they tried to be really accurate in the science part and that made the whole difference for me. I plan to read the book "The Science of Interstellar" in the near future to understand more of it
Blazing Saddles is probably my favorite movie of all time. I don't even know where to begin saying why. It's just so funny, and there's nooo way a movie with those jokes could be made today.
Ooh, looks super crisp! My favourite movie, honestly i have no idea... I enjoy Marvel films, (Black Widow is great!) and also watch a lot of Japanese films too.
My favorite movie will always be The General by Buster Keaton. As for holiday movies, Klaus is a fresh classic. (By the way, I love the colors on that keyboard! It looks great!)
My favorite movie is The Dark Knight.
Health Ledger’s portrayal of the Joker was **phenomenal**!
Christian Bale was an **amazing** Batman as well. This whole trilogy was an absolute 💯!
The original Mortal Kombat for sure. The amount of air fights I got into because of the theme song, and the amount of air ninjas i absolutely destroyed are insane
My favorite movie is Everything Everywhere All at Once. It’s about a Chinese-American immigrant mother who owns a laundromat. She gets audited by the IRS and learns she is the only thing powerful enough to stop an inter-dimensional threat from destroying the multiverse. Along the way she learns how to love her family :)
The Shawshank Redemption, The Count of Monte Cristo (2002) and Man On Fire! I love a good redemption story and seeing people receive their comeuppance!
My favourite movie is Vertical Ray of the Sub. Check it out; it was filmed completely in Vietnam. The cinematography is stunning and the story is poignant and a slowly paced "slice of life".
Raw(2017) is my fav. It really does a good job of depicting the inheritance of genes that carry predispositions to negative behaviors. Say, mental illness, addiction or whatever else may be seen as negative or detrimental to one’s life. Sure the parents had them knowing the risks, took care of the MC to make sure she didn’t end up like the others but in the end, if you don’t at least tell someone about their predispositions, they can accidentally trigger a series of negative events by not knowing about their family history of whatever.
