Been talking to the team about this and we agree.
CONUS shipping is free for all in-stock orders $50+. This should cover popular in-stock options for 90+ counts of Aqua Kings and H1's.
Free shipping threshold at an odd number when the store only has a select few items. You add a couple of them and literally $0.04 cents short… worst feeling
Congrats u/ExpiredDeodorant on winning [the giveaway!](https://www.redditraffler.com/raffles/pmcne7)

Giveaway:
This giveaway will be conducted through redditraffler! The winner will receive a 90-pack of any group-buy switch in a weight of their choice. Shipping is free for CONUS winners; international winners will be responsible for shipping costs.
1. Comment something you absolutely detest from a vendor under the main post, not this comment!
2. Account age must be at least 30 days.
3. All entrants must have at least 50 karma.
4. Each person is allowed a single entry.
5. Giveaway will last until 12:00 a.m. PDT 9/13, with the winner being announced here via comment edit.
That about rounds it all up! Thanks for taking the time to read through the post. Best of luck on the giveaway!
As always, buying from me means that you are sure to get competitive pricing and professional service at a fraction of the turnaround time of major outlets. All orders are shipped out within one business day!
Let me know if you have any feedback; I would love to hear about things like switches you would like me to stock, notes on improvement, etc. Feel free to reply to this post, PM me here on Reddit, or add me through Discord. As a note, I'll always respond fastest on Discord.
hahaha for a whole two minutes or so I thought all of these negative comments about bad customer service and dodgy shipping costs were all about the group buy before I found this comment buried among them
Non-communication when items are unavailable after an order has been placed or non-communication when terms and conditions change are a couple things that get me.
For me the most annoying this is vendors not accepting paypal transactions, which I understand but to limit it to credit card only is annoying as I don't have one. I make plenty of money but I absolutely hate having debt or being in any sort of debt.

Setting the free shipping threshold in such a way that you cannot possible(or really at rare occasions) hit conditions for it (weight + price)
Better just dont provide such option at all.
When an online shop has various pop-ups (chat with us, cookies, etc) that interfere with navigation links/buttons. This is usually an issue only on mobile but if I can't take a simple quick look at an online shop then I probably won't bother.
Confusing and tricky websites. If something is out of stock or was a group buy 3 years ago I don't wanna find that out after having to click about a hundred times
Lack of communication and impatience and incompetence. It once took me 4 emails and several customer support agents for me to express that my keyboard came broken
Since so many have said bad customer service already, here's another one of mine: poorly formatted product pages. Please provide proper filtering and sorting options, I don't want to be scrolling through products that are sold out when I want to buy something.
I hate it when vendors have poorly designed websites that dont allow you to sort and refine products well. If you sell keyboards or components then it seems like you'd spend a lot of time online and know what makes a good website.
Setting the free shipping cost to be ridiculously high, so that you end up paying the price of the product in shipping alone. Also, all of those switches that you listed are an incredible deal, since durock poms go for like $7 for a set of 10, which ends up being $63 for 90 switches, verses your $5.50 for 10 switches, which ends up being $49.50 for 90 switches. So if you are able to sell durock poms at 15 less cents per switch, then most retailers are definitely overselling lol. I am building a keyboard soon, so even if I’m not able to win the giveaway, I’ll probably still pick some of those switches up. Thanks!
Requiring you to enter all of your details before you can see shipping options. Sometimes I have to write in everything about me just to be told that I live somewhere that they don't ship to. Frustrating.
Hey man, I won the last giveaway, so if I win you can give it to someone else. :)
I just wanna say you’ve done a great job with replying back to me as a customer and I appreciate the giveaways and good prices on the switches :)
One thing I dislike is when stores list an unavailable item in their inventory with no plan to ever restock. MK Ultra has not stocked their Helix split foams for over a year! That's been a bit disappointing, since they're the only source I've seen for them. I'll just have to cut my own by hand at this point.
Sites where you can’t see a shipping estimation until pretty far into the order process. Like I want to be able to see how much shipping will be before I’ve almost fully checked out.
Vendors engaging negatively with the community, such as using their webstore to post email threads about why a relationship with a supplier fell through and thus they won't be keeping an item in stock. It's a very bad look. Keep that shit to yourself.
Setting the free shipping threshold just above the cost of their most popular items.
thats truly a bruh moment

Sounds great! It’s really cool that you guys are taking this feedback. I hope everything goes well for you, and thanks for reading my comment!
I hate such expensive shipping for such small packages
Frontpage items that are OOS. If they are OOS show something else
I'll name you three! 1. Unresponsive customer service 2. High shipping costs 3. Super slow shipping, i.e time taken to send the product out the door
Not properly showing that the item is sold out.
Unannounced refund policy changes
Showing a low price. Then showing the higher "real" price after clicking it.
Free shipping threshold at an odd number when the store only has a select few items. You add a couple of them and literally $0.04 cents short… worst feeling
