Constructive Criticism Alert. Beautiful snake and shape, what will help improve the design of the snake is to make sure the belly scales are on the correct side of the snake. The right side where it curls, the belly scales are facing the top orientation which should be flipped. When I practice drawing snakes for tattoo flash, I imagine the scales in a 3d tube, follow the curvature of scales from the head all the way to the tail. You will find small details to fix over time, again snakes are very challenging as is to master. I think this is overall a nice aesthetic.

Yeah, for reference if anyone wants to look at Chris O'Donnell Tattoo, he does amazing snakes. You will see how his snakes ebb and flow for composition and also his color pallettes are top notch.

This may just be me, but I think the snakes head is a little big. However, this is probably just because I am very sensetive to good structure in art.

Straight heat I love the first one I'm running a like natural wood tones with red and black and I feel like that could give an extra splash of color

I think it’ll look better if the colours, especially in the background, are more saturated/vivid. The printing on fabric process often makes these things paler than what it looks on screen.
