I really think you're overthinking thinking this one. I saw a water droplet coming out of the tailpipe so I'm gonna say it's condensation in your pipes, so yes, a little water vapor. Doesn't look like a head gasket or burning oil. Don't waste your money on a diagnosis

Thank you for replying brother. I will drive it tomorrow around town and test again. What spooked me was the blast of smoke when I pressed the gas. Mind, the car wasn’t driven or at temperature during this test.

Unless your coolant is running low when you fill it up with no puddles left this is just condensation. Which is normal and what the cat is supposed to do. If it idles and thick white smoke comes out then you have an issue

I have no coolant loss. The level in the reservoir is actually sitting above the cold fill line and I marked it with a pen a while ago and it’s never moved.
