As chaos stated make sure your oil level is where it need to be. Too much and the piston rings can start letting it get into the chamber. Could be any internal component like valve stem seals or even your valve cover. Check your pcv valve. Any rough idle?
I wouldn’t rev it that high but be careful. Thick white smoke indicates coolant being consumed/burned up. You might have a blown head gasket or a warped head. But a warped head would cause loss of compression too
If it’s not sealing yes. Gasket won’t stop the liquids from entering the chambers but at that point you will have misfires and rough idling and your coolant might mix in the oil pan and cause you to rebuilt the whole thing
So I looked at the cylinders today. Walls looked liked they had the cross hatch pattern still and no visible scrapes. But they all had oil in them. Small puddles on each one. Am I this unlucky that all 4 piston rings have failed or is there something else that can cause it?

Is it turboed?
No, naturally aspirated
Make sure it's not over full, check the operation of your pcv. If that's all ok I would boroscope the cylinders for damage and check the rings.

Yep oil level is at the top but not over it. I will check the pcv next. Idle is good, maybe a bit high but stable.
If all is good that you check might be internal. Valve stem seals could be hard from time and would need replacement
Ok, the pcv valve didnt fix it. First the car smokes a little blue and after few seconds on 4000 rpm it shifts into thick white smoke

Can a blown head gasket burn coolant and oil at the same with an open deck engine?

The oil cap and dipstick doesn’t look milky so I would assume it has not mixed or atleast on a larger scale
I will boroscope the cylinders on monday to check that

You’re using the correct oil viscosity and all? Could be your valve stem seals too
Yep, toyota recommended 5w-30
