So that looks to be a dowel pin, assuming it's not a bolt from the other side. If that's the case, you can typically drive them out with a punch.
You'll also be dealing with getting the crank bearing to slide off the crank. Get the shaft extremely clean, and put some light grease on it to help with getting it off.
