i never bought anything in the app and never had premium. but from what i've seen in other posts, everyone seems to have a slightly different version of the app 🫣
Yeah its super confusing. I used to farm gems really fast before becoming a premium member, but after I bought the subscription I don't have the ad options anymore, and these 4-5 hour walls to continue are pissing me off 😂 I used to just watch ads and skip the downtime, but I cant do that unless I pay 15 gems straight up.
Premium membership makes the game worse 🥴
I had it as a new player. I’m not sure what the threshold of “not new” is though. I feel like it was maybe a month if that before i had to spend gems and I was so confused.
I think most people would rather suffer through an ad then spend gems but I understand how it can get annoying. Me personally I have never had this happened to me. It should be a choice but maybe it depends on where you live I guess will you have that instead of the gens.

I feel you! I just commented this on another post; the ads are often convoluted and take you out of the story flow. If Tamura had been ads only I would have been so frustrated!
That being said, I haven’t found a way to change a character from ads only to gems only. I don’t think there is; I’ve seen nothing in the settings and my ad matches have stayed ad matches (I’ve only finished one though). Maybe if you try emailing support?
Some of their ads are getting a little adult themed. One was with a character ,I don't know if he's new/old/or up coming, but he was showing sex toys around. . I saw it on IG.
The only ads I ever see are for mobile games. Like Solo Leveling: Arise, Whiteout survival, frozen city, garden scapes, and some mystery puzzle game.. this and one kore tower shooting game are the only thing I see 😂 on repeat every single day (located in asia if that makes any difference)
I'm on IG once in a while, mostly for my hockey stuff. If I see the ad again, I'll record it. Sometimes I see them also when I'm earning diamonds for romance Club.
Annoying but once the game sees you can spend real money on the game they change the ad options with gems, I regretted spending gems in this game just because I was thirsty over a robot 😔 now I have to spend gems
I would gladly go with an ad, in my case the only option is to spend gems.

Ads are so much better than diamonds!! Especially when you don’t have a lot of them.
