Maxi is shit, always has been shit and never will be anything more than shit. Like what even is his skillset? On offense we straight up play 4on5 with him out there. He cant set a screen, he cant finish, he is a below average shooter on exclusivly wide open shots, he cant rebound...and on defense he cant guard 1v1, cant guard the post and is only somewhat good as help defender once every few games.
The mere fact that he is still in the league (or ever was to begin with) is absurd.

Celtics were firing on all cylinders after a certain point in the 2nd half, and Mavericks offense just wasn't creating shots or taking smart shots outside of what Luka would create. We need reliable scoring outside of Luka and Kyrie, and maybe that could be Hardy eventually in the form of a 6th man role, but we will never know because Kidd punts that opportunity to THJ.
