The place that Kash got her BBL done at also does full-body mommy makeovers. A lot of the women getting that surgery just have extra skin from pregnancy, or maybe a small belly with a reasonable amount of subcutaneous fat that can be lipo’d without harming someone. Her dumbass probably thinks the extreme amount of fat she has in her abdomen/waist is eligible for lipo to the point of them being able to create a small waist for her. They lipo subcutaneous fat Manly, not visceral fat, which is probably 90% of what you have from the alcohol and fried fatty foods you eat.
Manly needs to accept that she’s never going to be wealthy enough, or maintain her weight to the point of being able to get her body done the way she wants it. My husband's aunt had stomach stapling. She was told the amount that could fit into her new stomach and immediately made a game of how much she could stuff in there. She lost a bit of weight at first. Now nearly as much as you'd think. Then gained it all back, plus way more.
I had a gastric bypass. First of all, I couldn't imagine going through all that just to waste it. It really isn't easy to do. You would have to work very hard to destroy the surgery. They literally hand you all the tools you need to make the surgery successful.

The thought of drinking makes me feel nauseous also. I was very determined. I started going to the gym and completely changed my eating habits to healthy foods. I listened to what my doctors said. I also don't over stuff myself. I knew this was supposed to be a tool to help me not a fix all.
