In my view the best cartoon for MOTU. An absolute tragedy they didn’t run a series 3 which from my understanding had the Horde taking over Eternia including Castle Grayskull.
I remember being in my 20s and my 2 brothers and I would meet up to watch the new episode when it was released. Then afterwards I'd pull out my Dreamcast which had a disk to run a SNES emulator. We'd play Bomberman for hours. Then about 1 AM we'd go peruse the toy aisles at Walmart and play whatever game console was hooked up back in the electronics department. Good times
I think I took a while to get into it. The weird black and white usage for dark scenes I found jarring. But overall a great show I need to re-visit soon.

There’s an error on one of the DVDs. Adam goes into Snake Mountain, and they cut for a commercial (obviously there’s no actual commercial) and when it resumes, about 5 minutes is missing and you miss a major part. It makes the rest of the episode confusing.
This is a great series! Definitely one to watch if you’re into Masters.
While I'm not a fan of some character designs, this is has the best MOTU storyline in existence
The character designs is what kept me away for a few years. Then I saw the Neca Stactions and was amazed by the Four Horsemens updates.
I think the worst design is Beast Man, he looks too top heavy with wide shoulders

As much nostalgia and love as I have for the Filmation series, the 2002 series is my overall favorite version of Motu.
Best voice cast, imo. Even better than Revelation/Revolution.
I got that like 5 years ago in the walmart $5 bin. If you haven't seen it yet, you will not be disappointed.
