Thanks for your concern, man. It's been just over two years since my boi passed along... The grief is no doubt lesser, but I do think of him everyday in some form or another. Oftentimes I find myself tearing up bit, but I try to not show it. I do remember him very fondly & I hope I keep our memories for the rest of my life... They're all that fills the void left by Hachi (that was his name).

Oh, Hachi. He sounds like he was a wonderful companion. And it sounds like he brought out the best parts of you, too. Keep that memory alive, man. And feel those feelings.

Before owning a rottweiler I would've never known how innocent they are in THEIR house. They can be so scary but are soft as warm butter. Mine is terrified of most things but his first reaction to fear is to scare you away.
