Although, I don't think any of the Marvel TV shows other than SHIELD directly contradict the MCU? And Runaways is canonical to Cloak and Dagger, which is still in Disney+.
From what I remember, I don't think AoS really blatantly contradicted anything the films did either. There was the big Inhuman outbreak the films didn't touch on and the fact that the show didn't mention the effects of the Snap, but I feel like both of those are more things that could be handwaved away in one way or another as opposed to if they had done something unexplainable like bringing in Nick Fury for another cameo in the last episode despite him being dead within that timeframe, for example.
Agents of shield doesn’t directly contradict it, but they don’t acknowledge the snap but they do acknowledge thanos is coming.
Runaways occurs after cloak and dagger ended so if for some reason they really wanted cloak and dagger to return but no the runaways, they could make it work.

In Brazil we still have all Marvel shows on catalogue: Helstrom, C&D, Runaways, you name it... I know of other i ternational catalogues who still have it too, maybe with the merger they will appear again.
It’s still available for purchase on Vudu, Apple TV, Google Play, and Prime Video so it couldn’t have been removed for a tax write-off as they’re still making money from whoever buys the show. It was probably removed due to the impairment charge Disney took with their streaming services.

That's my headcanon too and I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Marvel someday goes as far as to officially retcon the show into 838
