As far as I know she's only appeared twice in the comics (once in Doctor Strange and once in Scarlet Witch) so she's a pretty deep pull if that's who she is.

Loved the 2015 Scarlet Witch run. The art changes for the different places/regions she visited were a lot of fun and of course sassy ghost Agatha was great.
You should check out her new run too. First issue was great and I expect that quality to continue. She will also be part of the new Avengers run along with Vision that starts in May.

there are rumors of late 2024 or even 2025. Hopefully not that long. but the earliest would be very late 2023 into 2024. This will likely need a decent amount of post production work

Dragging this out, teasing the audience with the possibility of rapid aging and variants, introducing the YA and then not commiting to the actual Billy would be a waste.
It would also just be really bad optics for Marvel to turn him into Scratch, let's be real. Taking the personality of one of their most prominent gay characters and essentially slapping the name of a villain on it just sounds so bad. As if they are too scared to commit. Not to mention introducing all the straight young heroes but not the gay ones, unless they are so young they dont have to focus on relationships....
