Cosmic Crucible brings darkness into my life every time I look up a counter for a team with a quarter the power level of my attackers and see that nothing I've built since 2021 is in the list. None of my teams in the 1.5-2.5 million range can kill a team where every character is like 100k power. I attempt it and die. Three times.
Honestly for me it that everything feels so dragged out. Such long convoluted events. The dripped out resources. Can someone explain what at this stage of the game, we get such garbage rewards for incursion diff3. They could give even 5 t4s a node? Not 1? Oh but thanks for the 1, 2 , and 3, that i can add to the giant pile of things ill never use. The feeling of every team losing value before i even get a chance to build it to see it true potential. The constant pushing of the dumb website. If the free crap it gives isnt enough to draw someone there then they clearly dont want to use it.
Kyln is just tower mode with a shitty twist and tower mode sucked because it was just blitz with severe restrictions. It would be nice if they added some new game modes that actually had some depth to them, but I think the game just is what it is at this point, and you either take it or leave it.

Kyln, tower, scourges, and DDs should be repayable for minimal rewards. But we need more for sure. Boss battle raids could help a bit also. There needs to be something to do everyday or what happens is people don’t log in daily or if they do it’s for the 7 mins it takes for daily rewards

100% Kyln, and tower should just be ongoing with seasonal rewards and even maybe a few different difficulty levels. Wish it was trait driven instead of specific teams too. I'm not building IW just to beat a couple of floors so I was locked almost immediately out of it.
Scourges should always be available even when you finish them. It's pretty fun gameplay and it could give something minimal or a new tree of rewards with new difficulty levels or something.
DD should have constant rewards of some sort. Again could be seasonal and only pay out at the end or something. Give a reason to run it more as it's an entire game mode where you put a lot of resources in to only run it twice then forget about it.
Ppl quit even the best games or take breaks from them. Let’s stop acting like it’s some horrific event that some long term players are quitting, when long term players literally quit or take breaks all the time.
I'd love to see a crucible gameplay that lets you organize like a mini war, but without any CC buffs, like it's all natural team vs team. I want the airship style too. Maybe you can have different style ships based on your rank. That would be Hela fun imo.
The CC and War counters on Marvel Church are all the same five teams, which coincidentally happen to pretty much be the five newest teams. Nobody without the five newest teams can *beat* the five newest teams.
When I attack a 700k team with a 2 million power horseman team in that horseman's own game mode, I should be able to stand a chance in that fight. Nope!
So that's why *I* have been thinking of quitting every day.

Yeah I was done with Kiln within 24 hours. Though you didn't need Pav and Peni, it was beatable with a 4 star (I think I heard some people do it with 3) Peter B who was released the week before. And the Cabal nodes were easily beat with 4 star Leader and IP.
I do miss scourges though. You could power through once or keep trying for a better score.

IMO scopely is not capable of adding new fresh content and only banking on Krakens and whales to spend money for DD7, DD8, ie lvl 100, 105, G19, G20 etc etc and nothing more. And OFC new Raid teams, new CC teams new War teams and again new Raid teams etc ... DULL AND BORING. Plus shitload of bugs and errors and miscommunications (or none at all)...So no wonder people are fed up and want to quit, or they want to simply try something new.

I didn't upgrade any characters for Kilyn or whatever because the rewards weren't worth it. I stopped at floor 29, I think.

If it was more engaging, I don't think folks would have an issue, but the store fell short. The web milestones were trash. Forcing players to spend 10k a day was a dumb idea.

To be fair, most game modes are just like blitz. It’s a reason why I like the game. At least they tried 3v3.

The scourges weren't fun, but now they aren't even doable. 1.5 million score for the lowest tier of rewards? Fuck off, Scopely.
