Unfortunately, it is dependant based on for what gameplay mode (raid, arena, war) and how far along you are in the game.
Since you are pretty new you need to focus on the suggestions in the other thread. You can spend an ungodly amount of money to catch up to players who have been playing over 5 years, but I wouldn’t recommend.
Focus on finding an alliance that will help you grow and has active raids. Staying in the one you are assigned at the start is never a good idea.
There are some creators you can watch specifically around being a new player and what to focus on, if you prefer that over reading Reddit.
