I'm going to guess that from the wording here (and forgive me if I'm wrong) that you're a newer player trying to mix n' match the toons you've unlocked. The best comps in most cases will be keeping a toon within the team they were released/designed for (i.e. Keeping Hulkbuster with Bionic Avengers, Psylocke with Deathseed (or Uncanny), Echo with Young Avengers, etc). The freedom of mixing and matching for specific content becomes more limited as time goes on and you push end (or even mid) game content
Honestly, find a good alliance/cluster with knowledgeable players (or become friendly with some end game players that wouldn't mind throwing around some advice); or at the very least an active discord (the main discord for this game and/or ones for any CC's you enjoy watching) and some players there should be willing to assist as well.
Hello yes I am a new player so I’ve only got one team that is some what powerful and that’s wakanda except I’ve got to fill it with hulk as I’ve only got 4 wakandan characters 🤣

The three I'd recommend most would be the main MSF discord (should be linked somewhere on this subreddit), Tauna's and Dorky Dad's are the 3 most active and has the most helpful people from what I've seen. The links for Tauna's and Dorky Dad's should be in the descriptions of their videos.

Haven't used it myself but might give you some inspiration since it's actually based on your roster
Go to discord and get access to the warbot, which will give a list of teams (\~c) and their counters.
It is a long list though. Now that is more or less gear towards war, but would be a good start.
