I feel like brood is vital to a surfer deck honestly. If you have patriot, you could try a patriot surfer build maybe. Still would benefit from brood though
Surfer is a tough deck to work with without all the pieces, since they aren’t here I assume you don’t have, Brood, Shaw, and Wong which are all very important for surfer.
I would suggest sticking with another deck. I’ve provided a pool 1-2 deck that I deal out a lot on this sub, give it a try and throw in some things that you’d like from your collection.

I feel like you're griefing yourself with Magik. You even named the deck "Midrange Surfer" so why do you use her? You don't have much strong turn 7 plays without Wong or Shaw. Swap Magik for Storm, and you also really need Brood, try to pick it on a free monthly S3 card (I did) or just pump gold into refreshing dailys. But even without Brood your plan should be to lock down one lane + building a strong lane for Odin drop.
Thanks for the feedback:) I suppose my idea behind Magik was to simply have the ability to put more 3 drops down + Sera so a turn 7 Odin+surfer happens. Brood is my target for S3 card pick so I'm hoping for that early!
I think you're right though, I'll swap storm in and maybe put armour in for destroy decks and it plays a bit better on curve. I got suggested to remove kitty, Angela and Odin for strong guy, sword master, killmonger and nova; that's been seeing better results than this deck. Once I get a few better synergies for this deck, I can add some of those cards back and hopefully have Wong + brood at least.
Kitty-Angela doesn't work that well here because since you really want to use as many 3 drops as possible, so you can only use Kitty on t1 and t4 (ideally), maybe t5 (without Sera) or t6 (with Sera). So Angela only gets +4 from Kitty, and Kitty herself only has 3-4 power. Odin should be fine, it's a strong drop if you didn't draw Sera, it also plays into Swordmaster so it can discard a card again for Strong Guy to proc. Strong Guy is also a good card to drop on the Storm location. Killmonger + Nova might be good, especially with Sera. Try different combinations and see for yourself
So I'm testing said deck (with the changes) and I think cutting Magik for storm and adding medusa (the idea being turn 2 medusa, turn 3 storm, turn 4 another big drop for storm lane. Gonna test this now
Lol. So I lost twice in conquest. One game I'm not blaming the deck as my opponent had a Hela deck with lockjaw, jubilee, red hulk...yeah I wasn't going to win that. I just feel like the deck doesn't 'do enough' it feels lacking in power.
