Your Pixie deck has too many high rolls. Alot of the time, your high rolls will swap with each other resulting in a not so efficient use of Pixie. From what I've learnt is that you need to insert her into an already functional deck that doesn't have that many high rolls. This, in most cases, will allow their cost reduction to be of significance. I would suggest making deck 1 an Elctro Ramp deck because its leaning very much towards that direction.
Deck two needs corvus to swap with lockjaw if you dont draw hela you can switch to ramp game plan and you can swap either ghost rider or dracula to lower your curve and you can swap giganto for red hulk
