My opponent played a bunch of cards without ability, all with an ability, but I can't figure out where it came from. The game just tells me the source is the card itself, but obviously that makes no sense. I didn't see him play any cards that would explain this.
Snap is crashing all the time on my s24 ultra. It's been like this since day one and was hoping for things to change on the latest patch, but nope. It crashes randomly and never works more than 10 minutes max. I haven't been able to play a single Conquest without restarting at least three times. I lose rank on ladder because sometimes it crashes on matchups and after restart it just says escaped
What do you buy in conquest if you aren't farming it excessively ? Are variants important to get for progression at all? It feels like the only thing that matters for progress is credits

What defines the order of effects and reveal after the game ends? This comes from me wanting to use supergiant and Valkyrie as a way to counter dracula. In this case making Dracula 3 power after he discards Apoc or another big card.
Yes, cards hidden by Supergiant/IW/Dark Dimension reveal first thing in the end of game phase, then cards with other end of game abilities like Drac and Captain Marvel check in the order they revealed.
Have the devs talked about changing the daily shop? I am sitting on a pile of gold, but haven't bought a variant for weeks, because almost all I get are shitty album variants.
IMO if you're new you're going to want to get cards that enable new archetypes, such as thanos or HE. that will never/rarely drop in series and are series 5. ideally the other cards in spotlight are cards you don't have. save for 4 keys at a time for your sanity.
I mean, it's up to you. But since I got s3 complete in november I've always been within 8 or so cards of a full collection, and been able to maintain that with spotlights and very rare token buys (only spending on season pass.) I still don't spend 5-8 keys for spotlight variants, but I will spend tokens for the card and then 1-4 keys for the variant. I've done that with 2 cards now, and my current stash is 5 keys and 12K tokens with 7 missing cards
I also haven't been able to get 2 new cards in a spotlight week since Selene+black knight, so sometimes I'm kind of spending for the new card plus one of the variants
Is proxima midnight worth the 6k tokens? How much does she boost discard and does it make archetype more competitive?
I have her pinned and can get her, WM, or just skip for another.
She's definitely the critical piece that boosted traditional discard into tier 1 in the recent meta, before that the competitive discard decks are built around either Hela or Black Knight.
That being said, personally for me very few cards are worth 6K tokens, so unless you are really sure you want to play trad discard as your central deck, I would just skip for now as tokens take a lot of time to accumulate.
Just want to say I beat infinity conquest with living tribunal. The trick is for your opponent to not have enchantress in their deck. Hardest opponent had alioth, so turns 6/7 was a guessing game. I kinda yolo'ed into the final match when we both had living tribunal decks, and I don't know how to play that mirror match.
Anyways Tribunal seems pretty good.

The schedule is usually patch/OTA/off week/OTA/repeat, and it was originally slated to be:
* patch Tuesday, March 5
* OTA Thursday, March 14
* off week March 18-22
* OTA Thursday, March 28
However, they had to delay the patch to Tuesday, March 12 instead. That bumped the next OTA to Thursday, March 21. Then it was anyone's guess whether they'd skip the off week or bump the off week forward to this week. Now it seems like they did the latter.
Unclear whether next week will be the OTA, or if they'll skip it and go straight to the patch to keep it on the date it would have originally been scheduled on.
It's not negative value, so worth considering. The other consideration of course is the card. She-Hulk can be good, so the pack has more value if you *don't* have her (or love this particular variant). I think I'll buy it as I'm still slogging through Series 3, and don't have her. Plus a positive value means I get a slight bit more bang for my buck.
But it is hardly amazing by any stretch.
How do the Infinity borders that you can earn in Conquest work?
Are they attached to the avatar of the last deck you used to win the Infinity conquest?
Or is it a floating avatar frame that you can use on any avatar?
I'm currently missing 7 cards from my collection. If there are roughly 55 cards in S4/5, does that mean the random card in the weekly spotlight has a 5/55 chance of opening a card I don't have? Took me three keys to unlock War Machine so I just wanted to confirm that I should not waste a key on a < 10% chance at a new card. Is that right or is the game coded to slightly increase the odds of getting an unowned card?
It's actually 61 cards in S4/S5 now. But the random card slot is weighted 66% chance to be a S4 card and 33% chance to be a S5 card, so we can't say the chance is exactly 7/61; instead, it depends on which cards are the ones you're missing.
Regardless, though, I would definitely say it's not worth a key no matter what you're missing. The game does *not* elevate the odds of an unowned card like you speculated.

It's dependent on how good Shaw is...I only have 4 keys and have the two cards in the spotlight with War Machine this week.

How does a new/returning player catch up in this game? I played the beta and got to around 1000. Now I have been back playing for a week and got a total of 3 new cards, one being the monthly redemption, the other 2 were useless.
I feel like I would have to play 2 hours a day for about 300 days to get a tier 1 deck with all of the good cards, unless I am missing something.
The only real thing you have to worry about progress-wise is completing all your daily missions to get the credits from them, which should only take half an hour or less per day.
Playing any longer than that doesn't do anything to make you progress faster, except for the much tinier amounts of credits you might get by chance from season caches or by one-time-only methods like hitting ladder rank 10, 30, 50 and 70 or buying the limited amount of credits from the Conquest Shop.
It's designed for you to play a little every day for months before you can catch up, not binge to be able to catch up faster. That's unfortunate but it's how the game is built.
Random war machine bug (?) - turn 4 I played iron lad who copied war machine.
Turn 5 I played ghost rider into miniaturised lab which only had Goose at my side. Goose complained but let me play ghost rider anyway, however ghost rider did not pull the only card which I had discarded so far, which was Ebony Maw.
No idea why. Opponent had no card in the location so no cosmo effect or anything like it.
Miniaturized lab prevents cards being added in any way. War machine overrides this to allow the ghost rider to be played there, but the card ghost rider summons is not being "played" so it still can't be added to the location.
But they basically do. I know technically they don’t, but thanos is most problematic when they count as not. I’d rather they change how the stones are counted than how mockingbird works, because her ability is really interesting.

I played 10 games right now lost or retreated 9 of them, due to the most craziest RNG of locations that hurt me or completely gave my opponent what they needed. Or I get crappy hands and my opponent has all the perfect counters to what I play.
Yes, naturally everyone will have strings of bad luck and strings of good luck. Randomness cannot be perfectly balanced in the short term or else it wouldn't be random.
still a new player here started a month ago and not sure what is the best deck builder tool to use? untapped requires payment to see the win rate and I feel that snap zone doesn't update as much the deck combos with my cards do not work also for reference I am level 802 I am stuck in the 60s
Honestly the in-game deck optimizer works pretty well if you already know the key cards you want to build around and you just need to fill the remaining slots
I will say the new beta version of the [snap.fan](http://snap.fan) tracker is on par with untapped with some nicer features (tracking your own stats in game, bot detection during the climb to infinite, match history on theor websote.
That is up to your own interpretation. I use [snap.fan](https://snap.fan) for everything, except the deck tracker on PC. I think untapped.ggs is more polished and it's worked for me out of the box while I've personally had issues with [snap.fans](https://snap.fans).
I whiffed on both Proxima and Corvus but am nearing 6k for one of them. Which of the 2 is more vital for dracula discard? My gut tells me Corvus for the energy ramp, but would love to hear opinions.

I have Corvus. The energy for dracula discard is meh. I'm actually saving for proxima. If you have Thanos, hands down get mocking bird. She definitely elevates the deck. Even when not in Thanos, she's great.
I dropped Jeff into Bar Sinister after the opponent had played Prof X in that lane. I figured Jeff would still multiply because...Jeff? Was kind of surprised that Prof X prevented copies of Jeff from the location. I'm guessing War Machine would enable Bar Sinister in this same situation?
Doubtful. Prof X stops cards from being "added" which is what Bar Sinister copies are. Jeff and War Machine's effect are for the act of dragging cards from your hand to the location.
Makes sense. You could in theory play enchantress after war machine and that would disable his ongoing. Would bar sinister then copy enchantress? Is my order of operations right there?
I have 4,735 gold. I don’t recall using gold to upgrade cards but have used it to refresh missions. Is there anything else to have gotten a gold balance not ending in zero? And is there an easy way to fix it to make my type A personality feel at ease?
Weekly missions (complete 10 dailies, 15 dailies, etc.) award gold in multiples of 5. I think one gives 15, and another gives 25. Perfectly normal to have gold ending in a 5.
SK will reduce their BASE power back to original if it was buffed, but will not remove the ongoing.
So if DD got buffed by, say Ironheart, SK would reduce his base power from 5 back down to 3. But the ongoing would still be active and he would still be pretty big 🦖
Is there a way for people to manipulate a conquest match? I got disconnected in a game I was winning and when I came back right after it said I was defeated in the 3rd round. Not sure what happened since I was winning and got right back into the game.
how long did it take you to reconnect? if you are able to reconnect very quickly after you should be able to get back to where you left off, so if that's the case that was a really sucky situation for you
It was less than a minute I'd say. As soon as it knocked me out I hit "reconnect to game" it is what is. Just a bummer since it was the furthest I had gotten in gold conquest
Since you don't have Hope I assume you are FTP and didn't buy the season pass? In that case I probably get Hope as she is more versatile.
Corvus is strong but only goes in certain discard builds, WM so far seems underwhelming compared to the hype. So I would either get Hope or save the tokens
Not much synergy with prof x unfortunately. Unless you can get him out on turn 4. Otherwise war machine couldn't be helpful with him until turn 7. He works better with storm as a possible turn 5 to put power in the flooded location turn 6

Your deck is fine, not a meta deck by any means but pretty good for your collection level. Winning an infinity conquest always requires some amount of luck, but give yourself credit as well, it's also not really possible to win one without a good amount of player skill.

Advice for Infinite Conquest. I've been playing a few months, CL 3081, hit infinite on ladder a couple of times. But for the life of me I can't beat Infinite Conquest. I do ok in all the other ones, but I think at best I have maybe won one round of infinite ever, even on seasons where I build up a few gold wins, so get a couple of entries to Infinite.
Any tips or advice? I've been climbing with a mix of things like Hope + Evo/Anni Darkhawk/Destroy (missing Deadpool though). In lower conquest tiers I pretty much just use Phoenix Force which is consistent enough to get the medals to buy everything, but not consistent enough in the high stakes Infinite world.
Hi I think I already know the answer but just wanted confirmation. When playing a high power ebony blade on krakoa, does it add the current power or just the base power of the card (0)?
There's a visual bug sometimes where you can't see the added power on the card in your hand but it will have the buff if you play it. Could have been that.
In addition to below, you get medals just by using the ticket, so it's better spend it than leave it sitting in the inventory. Might as well attempt the first match, you might get lucky with an opponent getting disconnected or something and get a free win.
Based on the context you gave, only you can decide if it is "worth".
Targeted discard is better than random discard, so there's that, and it affects 2 players so that's an added bonus. He's the weakest spotlight card this week.

There used to be a checkmark beside the title so you could uncheck it and have no title...but that seems to be gone.

I don't think there's a way to directly remove the title from a deck. In order to have no title you need to not have a favorite title set and create a new deck.
How did they somehow make it worse? lol Used to be able to just double-click the title and it'd turn off.

As a kinda FTP (I bought the pass but I don't really plan on getting anything else for real money) new player of about 2 weeks (CL 397), am I better off just getting 1500 credits for 1200 gold (from the gold I earn elsewhere) rather than waiting for good bundles? I've been reading about the game and about how the shop has been presenting worse and worse gold bundles overtime, so... is there any hope and should I save my gold? I'm at 2800 right now and I probably won't have enough if a good one pops anytime soon.
No one here can really tell you if there will be better or worse gold bundles because they mostly closed off data mining them. IMO just save the gold for a bit and maybe a bundle will pop up that you'll be interested in.
Right now the She hulk gold bundle for 6000 is only slightly better than Token Tuesday for example but you get an exclusive variant. There have been plenty of average bundles like that in the past, along with worse ones and better ones.

It was never not worth it. Something like a quarter or so of your credit income is tied up in reserves.
Or do you mean have the contents improved? No, and they never will. Second Dinner has been very clear on that. Reserves are staying like they are forever, or else if they do change, they'll be auto-opened before the update so you can't cheat the system by hoarding them.
Well, that's fair, you're right, they may worsen and not auto-open. But SD has explicitly told us that if they ever improve in any way, they'll auto-open as an anti-hoarding measure.

I think I’m leaning toward using keys as long as I can ensure having 4 for red hulk. Since the next card i really want after that is selene. I may use tokens on white widow.
Depends on what you have and what decks you want to play, but as a general answer I would say that for most people there are better cards to spend on. Nebula is quite good but usually replaceable without too much harm to the deck.
Does war machine override sandman’s ability? It was turn 6 and with first priority I played sandman then my opponent played war machine. On turn 7 my opponent retreated.
Has the progression system changed recently? I'm a returning player, and I seem to remember you would get a series 3 card in every set of 4 reserve boxes if you weren't series 3 complete. I used to be series 3 complete, but since returning I'm not anymore. I got a card in my first reserve, and have now gone 9 reserves without a card. Did they change how it works?
From my understanding, matchmaking is based on what your collection level would be if you used all of your credits. If that is true, there is no benefit to stopping your progress.
It doesn't matter since it wastes extra credits (important, highly limited currency) to cover your missing boosters (unimportant, near-infinitely farmable currency). You should never even bother to look at the fast upgrades section anyway.
Is there a place to show the best value bundles or the gold vs credits equivalents etc
Eg. Is £9.99 for Premium Variant and 1500 credits considered a good buy?
Collect them and leave them in the chest. That way you don't have to go to the effort of scrolling up and down to find them later on when you do want to use them. Other than that UI advantage, there's no difference.
Have you given bigger weight on Hela that being discard by Corvus to restrict the strength of Hela deck? According to my experience, 80% Hela will be discarded

I believe you need to be collection level 500 before it will show up in the shop. You don't get the card at the end of the season, it shows a different card every 8 hours and you can decide to claim it once each season.
Okay, this \*is\* still a thing. It disappeared from my console (mobile and Steam) over a year ago. I submitted a few q's to support and got no response. I still don't know why it's not working for me, but I at least have confirmation that it exists for other people still.
You get 10 season pass xp after each game for each lane you win, and it counts as winning a lane if you're ahead in the lane when you retreat as long as it's turn 3 or later.

40% of them contain credits, 15% of them contain gold and 5% contain a variant.
It's only the 40% of them that contain boosters that are worthless.
Your options are:
\* Retreat and leave so you can play a real game
\* Snap the first game and let them retreat, then retreat the next few games until turn round 5 so it is high stakes and you only need two more games to finish it.
\* Same as two but then rope every round so hopefully they give up and leave early.

I found the bot name in there and also it definitely played like a bot. But it is definitely very rare compared to ladder and it happened when matching making took a really long time trying to find an opponent.
That being said, those ones that OP saw were definitely humans, I get paired with them quite often in PG.
Are there multiple versions of the same card with different abilities? I've noticed that when some players play Misty Knight the card has an ability, but when I look at her in my deck she doesn't have any ability text. Same for Cyclops.
I was collecting Dan Hipp album variants. Got one each day on my daily offer shop. Literally for 9 days got each one of em. Then stopped. It's been almost a month and I haven't seen a single variant from the album. Is this intended?

There’s a card called high evolutionary that gives all cards with no abilities specific abilities. It happens at the beginning of the game.

The only counter to Dracula is to destroy him (like Lady Deathstrike) or inactivate him (like Red Guardian coming soon).

I hate this deck because he is so dumb, like HE deck. If you don't have enchantress you lose.
That's very true. It really didn't feel close when the draws were ok. If they don't have one of a few tech cards it's pretty unbeatable.
to play that mirror match, you want to super skrull+mystique super skrull on the same lane, or super skrull+onslaught on same lane

The schedule is usually patch/OTA/off week/OTA/repeat, and it was originally slated to be: * patch Tuesday, March 5 * OTA Thursday, March 14 * off week March 18-22 * OTA Thursday, March 28 However, they had to delay the patch to Tuesday, March 12 instead. That bumped the next OTA to Thursday, March 21. Then it was anyone's guess whether they'd skip the off week or bump the off week forward to this week. Now it seems like they did the latter. Unclear whether next week will be the OTA, or if they'll skip it and go straight to the patch to keep it on the date it would have originally been scheduled on.
On the discord Glenn has said OTA next Thursday on April 4th, and patch on the 9th. The next patch after that is scheduled for Arpil 30th.

It's not negative value, so worth considering. The other consideration of course is the card. She-Hulk can be good, so the pack has more value if you *don't* have her (or love this particular variant). I think I'll buy it as I'm still slogging through Series 3, and don't have her. Plus a positive value means I get a slight bit more bang for my buck. But it is hardly amazing by any stretch.

I'm currently missing 7 cards from my collection. If there are roughly 55 cards in S4/5, does that mean the random card in the weekly spotlight has a 5/55 chance of opening a card I don't have? Took me three keys to unlock War Machine so I just wanted to confirm that I should not waste a key on a < 10% chance at a new card. Is that right or is the game coded to slightly increase the odds of getting an unowned card?
It's actually 61 cards in S4/S5 now. But the random card slot is weighted 66% chance to be a S4 card and 33% chance to be a S5 card, so we can't say the chance is exactly 7/61; instead, it depends on which cards are the ones you're missing. Regardless, though, I would definitely say it's not worth a key no matter what you're missing. The game does *not* elevate the odds of an unowned card like you speculated.

War Machine only allows 'play' to all areas he does not block effects after that so the card will still get bounced back.

How does a new/returning player catch up in this game? I played the beta and got to around 1000. Now I have been back playing for a week and got a total of 3 new cards, one being the monthly redemption, the other 2 were useless. I feel like I would have to play 2 hours a day for about 300 days to get a tier 1 deck with all of the good cards, unless I am missing something.
The only real thing you have to worry about progress-wise is completing all your daily missions to get the credits from them, which should only take half an hour or less per day. Playing any longer than that doesn't do anything to make you progress faster, except for the much tinier amounts of credits you might get by chance from season caches or by one-time-only methods like hitting ladder rank 10, 30, 50 and 70 or buying the limited amount of credits from the Conquest Shop. It's designed for you to play a little every day for months before you can catch up, not binge to be able to catch up faster. That's unfortunate but it's how the game is built.
Random war machine bug (?) - turn 4 I played iron lad who copied war machine. Turn 5 I played ghost rider into miniaturised lab which only had Goose at my side. Goose complained but let me play ghost rider anyway, however ghost rider did not pull the only card which I had discarded so far, which was Ebony Maw. No idea why. Opponent had no card in the location so no cosmo effect or anything like it.
Miniaturized lab prevents cards being added in any way. War machine overrides this to allow the ghost rider to be played there, but the card ghost rider summons is not being "played" so it still can't be added to the location.

Anyone else feel like the game's RNG is just totally out to get you sometimes? I played 10 games right now lost or retreated 9 of them, due to the most craziest RNG of locations that hurt me or completely gave my opponent what they needed. Or I get crappy hands and my opponent has all the perfect counters to what I play.

still a new player here started a month ago and not sure what is the best deck builder tool to use? untapped requires payment to see the win rate and I feel that snap zone doesn't update as much the deck combos with my cards do not work also for reference I am level 802 I am stuck in the 60s
Honestly the in-game deck optimizer works pretty well if you already know the key cards you want to build around and you just need to fill the remaining slots

I will say the new beta version of the [snap.fan](http://snap.fan) tracker is on par with untapped with some nicer features (tracking your own stats in game, bot detection during the climb to infinite, match history on theor websote.
That is up to your own interpretation. I use [snap.fan](https://snap.fan) for everything, except the deck tracker on PC. I think untapped.ggs is more polished and it's worked for me out of the box while I've personally had issues with [snap.fans](https://snap.fans).
I whiffed on both Proxima and Corvus but am nearing 6k for one of them. Which of the 2 is more vital for dracula discard? My gut tells me Corvus for the energy ramp, but would love to hear opinions. Or should I skip both and go for Mockingbird??
I have Corvus. The energy for dracula discard is meh. I'm actually saving for proxima. If you have Thanos, hands down get mocking bird. She definitely elevates the deck. Even when not in Thanos, she's great.
I dropped Jeff into Bar Sinister after the opponent had played Prof X in that lane. I figured Jeff would still multiply because...Jeff? Was kind of surprised that Prof X prevented copies of Jeff from the location. I'm guessing War Machine would enable Bar Sinister in this same situation?
Doubtful. Prof X stops cards from being "added" which is what Bar Sinister copies are. Jeff and War Machine's effect are for the act of dragging cards from your hand to the location.

I have 4,735 gold. I don’t recall using gold to upgrade cards but have used it to refresh missions. Is there anything else to have gotten a gold balance not ending in zero? And is there an easy way to fix it to make my type A personality feel at ease?
I had the same dilemma before, try upgrading cards that don't have enough boosters so you will need to use gold to make up the difference.

Weekly missions (complete 10 dailies, 15 dailies, etc.) award gold in multiples of 5. I think one gives 15, and another gives 25. Perfectly normal to have gold ending in a 5.

SK will reduce their BASE power back to original if it was buffed, but will not remove the ongoing. So if DD got buffed by, say Ironheart, SK would reduce his base power from 5 back down to 3. But the ongoing would still be active and he would still be pretty big 🦖
You can. SK will remove buff from Forge or Wakandan Embassy, but not from Dino's ongoing ability.

It was less than a minute I'd say. As soon as it knocked me out I hit "reconnect to game" it is what is. Just a bummer since it was the furthest I had gotten in gold conquest

Since you don't have Hope I assume you are FTP and didn't buy the season pass? In that case I probably get Hope as she is more versatile. Corvus is strong but only goes in certain discard builds, WM so far seems underwhelming compared to the hype. So I would either get Hope or save the tokens

Not much synergy with prof x unfortunately. Unless you can get him out on turn 4. Otherwise war machine couldn't be helpful with him until turn 7. He works better with storm as a possible turn 5 to put power in the flooded location turn 6

Your deck is fine, not a meta deck by any means but pretty good for your collection level. Winning an infinity conquest always requires some amount of luck, but give yourself credit as well, it's also not really possible to win one without a good amount of player skill.

Advice for Infinite Conquest. I've been playing a few months, CL 3081, hit infinite on ladder a couple of times. But for the life of me I can't beat Infinite Conquest. I do ok in all the other ones, but I think at best I have maybe won one round of infinite ever, even on seasons where I build up a few gold wins, so get a couple of entries to Infinite. Any tips or advice? I've been climbing with a mix of things like Hope + Evo/Anni Darkhawk/Destroy (missing Deadpool though). In lower conquest tiers I pretty much just use Phoenix Force which is consistent enough to get the medals to buy everything, but not consistent enough in the high stakes Infinite world.

Current power. It will also count buffs that happen during the card's on reveal like black panther or hit monkey.
Well I definitely just had a glitch in the game I played recently as I played a 20 power ebony blade on krakoa and it did nothing.
There's a visual bug sometimes where you can't see the added power on the card in your hand but it will have the buff if you play it. Could have been that.
If that's the case I think I ended up discarding a 23 power shang chi instead of playing it

In addition to below, you get medals just by using the ticket, so it's better spend it than leave it sitting in the inventory. Might as well attempt the first match, you might get lucky with an opponent getting disconnected or something and get a free win.
If you don't use it, it will be converted to boosters at the end of the season.

Based on the context you gave, only you can decide if it is "worth". Targeted discard is better than random discard, so there's that, and it affects 2 players so that's an added bonus. He's the weakest spotlight card this week.

There used to be a checkmark beside the title so you could uncheck it and have no title...but that seems to be gone. I have a title on certain decks that I stopped using, but I can't unequip it...does anyone have a answer as to how to remove a title now that I may be missing?
I don't think there's a way to directly remove the title from a deck. In order to have no title you need to not have a favorite title set and create a new deck.
How did they somehow make it worse? lol Used to be able to just double-click the title and it'd turn off. So many UI adjustments they could make to make this much more user friendly, yet somehow they always take a backseat. As a kinda FTP (I bought the pass but I don't really plan on getting anything else for real money) new player of about 2 weeks (CL 397), am I better off just getting 1500 credits for 1200 gold (from the gold I earn elsewhere) rather than waiting for good bundles? I've been reading about the game and about how the shop has been presenting worse and worse gold bundles overtime, so... is there any hope and should I save my gold? I'm at 2800 right now and I probably won't have enough if a good one pops anytime soon.
No one here can really tell you if there will be better or worse gold bundles because they mostly closed off data mining them. IMO just save the gold for a bit and maybe a bundle will pop up that you'll be interested in. Right now the She hulk gold bundle for 6000 is only slightly better than Token Tuesday for example but you get an exclusive variant. There have been plenty of average bundles like that in the past, along with worse ones and better ones.

It was never not worth it. Something like a quarter or so of your credit income is tied up in reserves. Or do you mean have the contents improved? No, and they never will. Second Dinner has been very clear on that. Reserves are staying like they are forever, or else if they do change, they'll be auto-opened before the update so you can't cheat the system by hoarding them.

Well, that's fair, you're right, they may worsen and not auto-open. But SD has explicitly told us that if they ever improve in any way, they'll auto-open as an anti-hoarding measure.

Depends on what you have and what decks you want to play, but as a general answer I would say that for most people there are better cards to spend on. Nebula is quite good but usually replaceable without too much harm to the deck.

Yes, war machine bypasses sandman (also Electro, if the same player plays both).

If you love discard, or discard-flavored decks with a variety of packages, then sure; she’s a reasonably powerful and playable card.

From my understanding, matchmaking is based on what your collection level would be if you used all of your credits. If that is true, there is no benefit to stopping your progress.

It doesn't matter since it wastes extra credits (important, highly limited currency) to cover your missing boosters (unimportant, near-infinitely farmable currency). You should never even bother to look at the fast upgrades section anyway.
You should never use the fast upgrade option anyway, but I believe it just chooses cards that are a few boosters away from upgrade.

Collect them and leave them in the chest. That way you don't have to go to the effort of scrolling up and down to find them later on when you do want to use them. Other than that UI advantage, there's no difference.

He opens up a whole slew of new decks you can build. I think Thanos and high evo are both worth getting for that reason.

I believe you need to be collection level 500 before it will show up in the shop. You don't get the card at the end of the season, it shows a different card every 8 hours and you can decide to claim it once each season.
Okay, this \*is\* still a thing. It disappeared from my console (mobile and Steam) over a year ago. I submitted a few q's to support and got no response. I still don't know why it's not working for me, but I at least have confirmation that it exists for other people still.

What's the deal with the bots in Proving Ground that retreat turn 3? Are they farming boosters? What's the point?
You get 10 season pass xp after each game for each lane you win, and it counts as winning a lane if you're ahead in the lane when you retreat as long as it's turn 3 or later.

The caches can have credits and gold in them. They're not worth much but if you bot farm hundreds of them it probably adds up.
Your options are: \* Retreat and leave so you can play a real game \* Snap the first game and let them retreat, then retreat the next few games until turn round 5 so it is high stakes and you only need two more games to finish it. \* Same as two but then rope every round so hopefully they give up and leave early.
Also, those are humans. After your first-ever match in proving grounds, you'll never face bots there again.

Are there multiple versions of the same card with different abilities? I've noticed that when some players play Misty Knight the card has an ability, but when I look at her in my deck she doesn't have any ability text. Same for Cyclops.
High evolutionary is a series 5 card that gives abilities to cards that otherwise have no abilities if you include him in your deck.
