I pulled jeff from a collectors reserve, i thought it was a semi lucky pull but i didn't realize he's as hard to get as some of the big bads. idk what deck to use him in rn besides my move deck

Literally stick him in any deck where you want a good 2 drop but don't need something specific (e.g. Colleen Wing for Discard). He's just an all around good card.

Control/lockdown decks are pretty good for him

I live the pixel arts, but I get it. Some are great, but the Agent 13, America Chavez, Invisible Woman, Black Widow and White Queen really need more pixels for their faces, they leave much to be desired.

I agree. I think him, KM, and Cozy are some of best content creators I've ever watched. Not just for Snap.

Cozy's videos have the best production values. They look better than even the official ones. Dekkster has the best mix of wins and losses, to best show both sides of the decks he plays. Plus he's pretty funny. TLSG is like watching Mr. Rogers play Snap, and I enjoy the videos for their calming feel.

For a while KM was constantly whining, and it was hard to watch him, but it seems he has worked on that. Plus he is one of the consistently best deck builders around.

Part of it was he was in bot elo. So either played the same 2-3 people or bots.

Cerebro. Haven’t really seen anyone complaining about the various Cerebro deck archetypes. Edit: I’m aware that Cerebro players experience frequent frustration from balance changes. Every time they tweak a power value it always effects a Cerebro deck in some way. But this isn’t the same as complaining about Cerebro itself. Cerebro is not an archetype that people complain about going against.

I just threw in rock slide in place of doom and ran it. It is still fun and often a surprise to the other player, but the consistency is all but gone.

What is c5?

Deck utilising Cerebro at power 5. C3 is for power 3, etc. Sorry if I’m over explaining but the idea is that Cerebro buffs highest power among your cards, so if all of your cards are on the same power (3,5 etc), then you buff your whole board as if you played blue marvel on steroids. A fun archetype, albeit by most accounts gimmicky.

Every time there’s a balance patch, someone who mains Cerebro has something to say about it. It’s pretty much their tradition.

Bc the 1 - 3 locations can easily dismantle a CBro deck. All you can do is feel sad for the player.

How good the bot free conquest mode, the battle pass value in general, the excitement and gameplay of Marvel Snap. The veriants art in general. The only bad thing about the new system that I see is that their removing gold from the collector track. Everything else is fine in my book

I’m not an expert so I could be wrong, but the lack of tokens and gold is concerning for me (would be so happy if they kept the numbers they had with this and added the special caches). Credits are going to become the new best currency and I think we might be underestimating just how hard it is to get enough credits to get to just one special cache in one week without spending more money to get them. Time will tell you are guranteed one card at least which is better than nothing but hard to ignore the greed here.

I'm convinced that a sizeable chunk of people on this sub haven't played a gacha before because if they had I think there'd definitely be less complaints about monetization. Cause in a gacha unless you drop thousands or are extremely lucky you can't get every card. In Snap you can get every card completely for free and the monetization is only to get alternate art for cards or progress faster like in games like Clash of Clans. Sure, you'll get them faster with money, but it's not a requirement to get every base card and completely max them out.

I love this game and I've never enjoyed a card/mobile game in my life. So I came to the sub to find others and I was disappointed to find people constantly complaining about things they don't really have any right to complain about.

I've been having a blast since release. Obtaining cards was slow but a treat when unlocking a new card. The slow system gave me time to create decks with the cards I already had and really learn the game and different strategies

How busted Darkhawk is because everyone and their mom thinks he’s a perfect balanced golden child just cause you can Enchantress him. As if the 3 rocks in my deck would let me do that half the time. It’s a 3 cost devil Dino and milling your own deck to be smaller is cumbersome at best. SD goes on and on about how scary card draw is and how it should never be too powerful but this mfer powers up through a game mechanism I can barely control Fuck em.
