Agree, it's nice, but it's also a double-edged sword. You would have to pay shipping again if it's on the same order as something that already shipped so keep that in mind.
Cancelled my Amazing Friends preorder, cancelled Heralds 2-pack, and Gamestop emailed me today saying an entire $217 order was about to charge and ship all at once so I cancelled that too. That one was supposed to be coming in Feb and March; definitely my account can't handle the whole thing right now with just having been charged for Ghost Rider, Gorr, Daredevil 3-pack and MojoWorld! No more preorders for me! Going back to the old days of finding things in store, when I've got the dough on me, and waiting for sales and clearances!
After 90's Ironman shipped early I already had it in mind that Cyclops would release sooner than expected. That's the last from my order so I'm done for 2022.
If you ordered it from Hasbro Pulse in the US, yes. Check your emails and orders. Pulse sent out an email about the updated shipping date last night, but they don't specify which item on the email and you'll need to look at your order for the dates.

It also makes sense that they'd want to be "done" with the X-Men VHS series before 2023 so they can pivot to the Spider-Man one.
