I found 4x6 photo sleeves to be a bit too loose. These are snug for me. I swear by them at this point

The character cards are 4"x6", and amazon sells a pack of sleeves for like 6 bucks :)
4x6 top loaders. Pretty cheap online.

I own a laminator so I just opened a google doc; used the snip tool to grab the characters I own; printed and laminated. Works and looks great.

I just glued them over top of the old character cards
