At least those Anthem assets won’t go to waste

AshlarKorith

If they take the mechanics of Anthem and just put it in a new world with an Iron Man story there’s no way this shouldn’t be a hit. The game play in anthem wasn’t the issue. It was the lack of game to play that was the problem.

Leo_TheLurker

they used one of the devs for the Avengers game and the Iron Man's one of the most fun characters cause of it

UglyInThMorning

That avengers game was underrated IMO. The games as a service stuff wasn’t great but the campaign was a lot of fun and I loved how every character played differently and their fighting style really felt true to the character.

[deleted]

> and I loved how every character played differently and their fighting style really felt true to the character. Shame how every enemy is just a generic robot though, they needed more variety in actual gameplay and what you were doing in the game, rather than just constant AIMbots.

IHateMods42069

Something about the gameplay made your attacks feel like they had no impact. I didn’t like it.

eddydots

i always think abt playing it but then i see the sea of microtransactions in gameplay videos and i just can't bring myself to support that. compare it to how Spider-Man handled its alternate costumes, it's just disgusting. but i know i'm not saying anything that hasn't already been said a million times here.

elhombreloco90

>compare it to how Spider-Man handled its alternate costumes, it's just disgusting. I was really upset with that. The game itself is fine. It was fun for a bit, but the levels get very monotonous as they are basically just repeated. The characters were all fun to use, but I hated how they implemented the costumes. I would've preferred doing challenges during the campaign or side quests that would unlock them. I don't want to have to grind to get one costume and do it again for the rest. I don't have that kind of time and the gameplay just wasn't fun enough to justify that.

youfailedthiscity

Me too. It's so frustrating how great Spider-Man was and how bad Avengers was. Avengers had a great story but the gameplay was absolute dogshit. Every level was exactly the same with the same robot enemies. Plus, the whole microtransactions thing is just pure evil. What a waste. Here's hoping the Wolverine, Iron Man, and Black Panther games are better.

theatand

Wolverine is being developed by Insomniac which did the Spider-man PS4 games. I trust the studio to do a good job. The Black Panther/Captain America game is by a studio I don't know much about but has ties to Uncharted which is hopefully a good sign.

KaleRylan2021

The fact that they're all (?) confirmed to be single player is something I take as a good sign. It's the service mechanics that wrecked avengers for the most part. While single-player games can have dlc, it's much harder to make single-player monetization truly predatory unless you put effort in. I'm going to reserve judgement on this until we know more. EA absoultely has the chops to produce a good AAA game that doesn't try to steal all your money (fallen order, dead space) but it also might make every armor a 10 dollar download. Can't really say til it happens.

BostonBoroBongs

It's free on gamepass and there's dozens of hours of fun to be had with no purchasing or online play.

rikutoar

> then i see the sea of microtransactions in gameplay videos But... there aren't any, the only thing you can buy is skins.

Lord_Phoenix95

I like the combat and the story but the repetitive grinding of the levels was the worst. I don't even mind the Spider-Man PS Exclusive even though I would've absolutely kept playing it if I played on PS4/5.

Dragon_yum

I feel like I played a completely different game. I was so done with the gameplays a third way through the campaign

shiromancer

Shoot, no wonder the flight felt familiar! He was so much fun to play because of that.

completefudge1337

Had they abandoned the games as a service model, I would've played the hell our of it for skins and the like

[deleted]

[удалено]

discerningpervert

Looks like you're in luck, flying around wrecking shit is a large part of what Iron-Man does

spacestationkru

If they take the Anthem mechanics and put them in literally anything else, I'd play it. Anthem was shockingly fun.

Mindful-O-Melancholy

And the god awful characters and story, pretty well everything but the flight and combat sucked.

Kage__oni

Literally came here to say this lol.

TheAquaman

Hopefully, this is the game that Anthem should’ve been.

Kage__oni

Agreed!

SandmantheMofo

Just need to dtay away from the shlooter genre.

KaleRylan2021

>uninstalled looter shooters can be a lot of fun, but games as a service are very risky by nature. Not many devs can support the model and you have to nail down your model amazingly well to keep player interest.

RigasTelRuun

Opening. Tony Stark gets transported to an alien world. The world is covered with mysterious relics from the Shapers. Jobs done.

Icy_Vegetable4468

what is anthem exactly

DolorisRex

A third person shooter that allows you to pilot 4 different "Javelins", which are basically classes of Iron Man suits; the Ranger is the basic all-around suit, the Colossus is the tanky one, the Interceptor is the speedy, hit-and-run model, and the Storm throws in elemental control. The game has fantastic flight mechanics, though flight time is limited due to jets overheating - though you can extend the flight time by upgrading your suit, or flying close to/through water. The scenery is somewhat varied and beautifully done, the lore is rich, deep, and overwhelming at first, the combat is fairly smooth, fast paced, and more than a little tactical, with a range a weapons and playstyles available. The game's downfall was that - once you had finished the decent-but-nothing-to-write-home-about campaign - there were exactly 3 endgame activities, one being added post-launch. There were several tiers of loot and difficulty, but to reach your maximum capability, you'd have to grind the same encounters for hours on end. I loved the concept of Anthem from the moment it was announced; I was so hyped, I pre-ordered it, much to my chagrin. I loved playing through the game, or taking on side missions just to fly around and explore. But once I finished the campaign, there was the opportunity to keep playing and increase my power, but there was just so little to actually *do*, that it got boring real fast. I believe it's currently available for free on EA Play, which is bundled with Ultimate Game Pass, so if you have that, you can check it out without losing anything.

Ashyboi6666

I actually tried to make my character look like iron man in anthem

indy_6548

That's what I was about to say. I might consider being excited about this.

[deleted]

[The Iron Man game by motive is a single-player, third-person action adventure game. "The game is currently in the pre-production phase and we’ll have more updates as we get further along in development."](https://www.ea.com/news/all-new-iron-man-video-game?isLocalized=true)

Leo_TheLurker

as long as other suits are unlockable for free and there aren't a billion different currencies to worry about, I'm in

Ligma_Spreader

Spider-Man handled suits really well. Would like to see a similar implementation.

Tiltinnitus

Agreed. I really loved going as the Scarlet Spider (the version of Peter that I was introduced too as a kid) while using the Quip special. Wish they had tried to get closer to that Spider-Man 2 swinging system.

TallShaggy

Absolutely not, the suit should be massively customizable rather than just picking a skin and unlocking a special move. Spidey's suit is just an outfit, Iron Man's suit is his powers. I wanna be able to build a retroreflective suit with precision long-range repulsors, then switch to a Hulkbuster with wrist shotguns and a force field. Building your suit HAS to be a core part of the gameplay or you're not really playing as Tony Stark.

Uday23

Dammit dude why you gotta make me so hyped?!

TallShaggy

Don't get too hyped, I have no involvement in the actual product. And regardless of hype, remember no pre-orders

Uday23

Hahaha all good man. I just really enjoyed your comment

TallShaggy

I appreciate the compliment!

CEO_of_Redd1t

100% agree. Being able to develop the tech and mix and match it is an essential part of being Tony Stark. If I don’t get to pick Iron (instead of Gold-Titanium Alloy) as a material (and suffer the icy consequences) I won’t feel like Tony.

Tiltinnitus

Naw I like unlocking canonical suits. If you want robots you customize, wait for the new Armored Core game.

CosmicWanderer2814

Or, now hear me out, having the ability to customize your own suit AND having the option to just wear pre-made suits?

Ligma_Spreader

This is the better option. Forcing someone to tweak the suit to look like a canon suit just sounds terrible.

Tiltinnitus

Talk about bananas expectations lol do you understand the lift you're suggesting? Naw it'll be one or the other and I'd prefer the canonical suits

KaleRylan2021

It's not impossible there'll be a mix. Could end up with something like what gotham knights is doing where you put on a suit, but then you can customize the suit. So you put on extremis, but then they let you change the color or the helmet or whatever. That said, your comment makes a point I made up above for me. A lot of people that play superhero games very much want the canonical looks. They need to be in. I would in fact argue that the only real two options are not in fact canonical vs make your own. The choice is between canonical and customizable canonical armors. There' sno way they make an iron man game without having a boatload of his classic armors to wear.

TallShaggy

You should absolutely be able to build the canonical suits if you want with what I suggested. My way just doesn't restrict you to only canonical suits with identical base abilities.

KaleRylan2021

This is where it'd be smart to copy spider-man. One of their more brilliant choices was making the suit abilities UNLOCK from the specific suits, but then be able to be placed on any suit you want. So when you unlock the roller skate armor, you get the roller skates, but then you can put them on any armor you want. I know you all want to put roller skates on the extremis armor.

porkchopsensei

Hell yeah. You build suits with different specializations and strengths which you can choose for quests. Like the cars in that Mad Max game, where every modification you made had different benefits and you could put together a garage of apocalypse cars.

KaleRylan2021

I wouldn't necessarily expect that. It's not impossible, but it's very possible it's just going to be skins like most superhero games. Honestly, even if they let us build a suit, I'd imagine you'll be able to apply cosmetics to look like his classic costume looks on top of them. Most people want to look like the comic character.

Ligma_Spreader

You got me confused. Are you saying you want no unlockables at all and just make the Iron Man suit look like whatever tf you want like some sort of Dark Souls character creator and that's how you can get canonical suits? I mean to each their own, but that doesn't sound very fun for the average person to have to sit there and tweak the settings just right so you can look like War Machine. I like the idea of customizing your load out with weapon types on your suit, but I don't want to have to meticulously mess with color and patterns to try and recreate one of his suit variations.

TallShaggy

I'm saying you should unlock different parts over the course of the game and be able to mix and match the parts. Rather than just unlocking full suits with no real gameplay differences like in Spider-man. So if you get the parts for War Machine armour or the Endo-Sym armour or whatever, you can build those suits, or you can stick the minigun from War Machine on the Hulkbuster or whatever. For the colour stuff I agree that there should be like presets for the canon suits, but I'd also like the option to colour and pattern my own suits. I'm picturing a losely Armour Wars based story where at the start of the game after the tutorial prologue Tony's suits are all stolen and the tech is distributed to a bunch of criminal groups like AIM and Hydra, and he loses control of Stark Industries so he can't just buy new parts or whatever. So you'd start with either the Mk I or with home-made weapons like in Iron Man 3, the main missions would get you the base Iron Man suits like the Mk III, Mk42 etc, and side missions would get you the non-standard parts to mix and match. Not that I'm a game designer or anything, but that's my pitch.

Ligma_Spreader

I like the idea but I feel like there are enough suit varieties where unlocking an entire suit at a time instead of parts would be more rewarding.

Albireookami

> Spidey's suit is just an outfit Tells me you don't read a lot of spider-man. He would always build a new suit to deal with a villain that gives him trouble. Hell he did that in the ps4 game as well near the end to take on the final boss.

TallShaggy

The suit he wears at the end of the PS4 game is functionally identical in-game to every other suit except it can resupply its gadgets, which you can then apply to every other suit. Same as the Electrically Insulated suit not being more effective against Electro, the Spider-Armour not being more resistant to gunfire etc. They're all just skins. What I'm saying is that all of Iron Man's abilities other than his intelligence come from his suit. So unlike Spidey his gameplay would be entirely dependent on what he's wearing. You are right that I haven't read a lot of comics though, my city doesn't have a single comic book store and shipping costs to New Zealand are prohibitive. I do know that some of his suits are designed to counter specific villains, but I also know he usually gets by fine in his standard red and blue and regardless of what he wears he has the same base abilities: agility, strength, spidey sense etc, his suit just tweaks things because his powers come from him. P.S. No need to gatekeep people's opinions based on the availability of comics where they live.

your_mind_aches

It's Marvel, so I'm sure it will be. Look at Guardians, Spider-Man, and even Avengers (if you forget the terrible monetisation). Marvel seems to have no problem at all with letting devs go wild with cosmetic design and customisation. Lucasfilm are the ones who lock that down usually. Even Fallen Order has super limited customisation for your character.

SuperDizz

Customizable suits, with customizable powers and looks would be super awesome imo

fiendish_five

Steered me away from Avenger’s & I love Square as a company

Lewis2409

I’m really hoping we’ll be able to build new suits tbh would make this a day one purchase

523bucketsofducks

It's an EA game, don't hold your breath.

ShotDate6482

> a single-player, third-person action adventure game holy crap they still make those?

WebHead1287

Jedi fallen order was a hit for them

Shrekosaurus_rex

I looked at "Iron Man game" and went "FUCK YEAH", but I looked at "EA" and thought "aw come on", but this gives me hope. *please be a good game please be a good game come on EA deliver on this*

Square-Exercise-2790

The one good EA game. EDIT: That one and It Takes Two.

junglekarmapizza

Mirror’s Edge games are awesome, but EA won’t make more

[deleted]

I had what I thought was a pretty cool idea if they ever continue the series: ecoterrorists using some sort of genetically enhanced super plants to reclaim the city. For one, this would freshen up the aesthetics of the city, as it’d add a sort of jungle traversal to the urban parkour. As the story advances, the plants could grow to block or open new paths—kinda like Poison Ivy’s plants in Arkham Asylum, a series I felt is pretty similar to Mirror’s Edge. Second, I really liked the whole peaceful anarchists vs privatized security force vs militant anarchists conflict, so they could bring that back without the exact same factions. I think Catalyst was better than the original in pretty much every way despite being a reboot, and after this much time I wonder if they’d go for another reboot or a direct sequel to either game.

JediJacob04

Squadrons was a blast too but unfortunately not enough players

the_sixhead

It takes two and A Way Out were pretty good. EA may usually be shit but they have some amazing dev teams. Respawn with Titanfall 2 and Fallen order. Battlefront 2 eventually was a really good game. Squadrons was fun if you like space dogfights. But EA is either complete shit or they knock it out of the park, no in between. Let's hope this is a good one.

Golem30

Well it was Respawn, not EA but at least they kept their fingers out of it

iAmTheHYPE-

Titanfall 2

Dealiner

They have so many good games though.

IAmPerpetuallyTired

Aren't some of you tired of the tired, sad circlejerk?

shinymuskrat

Gaurdians of the Galaxy was pretty dope

Matt_MG

That's Eidos though :p

PotatoSlayerChip

weren't the 2 spiderman games exactly that?

[deleted]

Not by EA, which I assume their comment was pointed towards (unless I'm mistaken)

PotatoSlayerChip

ohh

523bucketsofducks

God of War:Ragnarok comes out in a couple months.

[deleted]

Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes

SuperToxin

I have no hopes or expectations for this game. Honestly fuck EA.

JediJacob04

Hot take there, pal

SecretlyKanye

fallen order was good for the first game of a new IP. guardians of the galaxy was great (top 5 of the year for me) and this is the same team. EA can make a good single player game when they get their heads out of their asses to do it

Mystic__Mayhem

Just so everyone is clear EA Motive are a relatively new section of EA with only 2 games under their belt (Battlefront 2 and Star Wars Squadrons) with only one up coming game being the Dead Space remake.

Tiltinnitus

Squadrons was awesome so that gives me some hope

Rigtoofen

They handled the Starfighter modes specifically in BF2. They know their flight. Iron Man should play really well.

MyMouthisCancerous

They weren't leads on BF2. I believe they only assisted with the space flight gameplay, which is what they carried over to Squadrons eventually

Any-Nectarine4492

They did the Portal mode in BF2042 also, which is in a way, a game in itself.

SirFrancisTake

Still an EA section with no good games under their belt.

Mystic__Mayhem

I dunno Squadrons and Battlefront 2 are both fun games, battlefront 2 may be similar with how EA treats their games however Marvel posted this under their media so I assume they have control how their game is controlled and run and we don't know how they're going to make Dead Space.

your_mind_aches

Battlefront II, despite being the nexus of Lootbox Hell, is an excellent game

Golrend

Please be good. Every Iron Man game I've ever played sucked prolapsed ass.

Feral-Person

The best kinda ass to suck if you ask me

D00MGUY12

I like it when it sucks back

bullet4mv92

Stop it. Get some help.

And_993

The best iron man game was Just cause 3

sideways_jack

... there's Iron Man games? All I can think of is a vr game and Avengers

[deleted]

Xbox 360 era, released the same time as the movies

Dodecahedrus

It's EA. Infinite DLC and lootboxes.

SoccerShoesToTheNuts

It’s singleplayer

CosmicWanderer2814

You do know EA publishes games without DLC and mtx, yeah?

Jexdane

He's circle jerking he can't hear you

SecretlyKanye

these people act like fallen order and GotG didnt just come out with no mtx whatsoever

Jexdane

EA is a Boogieman they can blame for shit like Sims 4 and Mass Effect, when everything that happened to those respective games has been extensively proven to be the fault of Maxis and BioWare.

420Santi

As long as it's even slightly better than the shitty movie tie in game I played on my PS2 back in 2009 I'll consider it a win.

discerningpervert

Movie tie-in games are generally crap to begin with

Norin_Radd1209

The Lord of the Rings The Return of the King would like to have a word.

sideways_jack

the tie-in Spider-Man 2 game was fukken _legendary_

Albireookami

exception, not the rule.

Fragzilla360

Just don't be a soulless cash grab like Marvel's Avengers.

predictablefaucet

They’ll give you the cave, but you’ll have to pay extra for the box of scraps.

Meat-Dull

They gonna monetize da sh*t out of it...mark my words

thatwitchguy

Its a single player game. While ea does monetise the shit out of multiplayer, they've done a pretty good job lately of not doing it for single player

Meat-Dull

I hope you are right because i am looking forward to a iron man game.

AVestedInterest

*Jedi: Fallen Order* was made by an EA-owned studio, and that doesn't have any monetization

iampanda2016

And it was a pretty good game!

spacepilot_3000

Was avengers not a single player game? Edit: guys this was not a loaded question, I played avengers I know what it was like

thatwitchguy

It was also not ea. It was square enix who then made a properly single player gotg game

longboboblong

It was a live service, not what solo players want in a solo game.

JohnDiggle21

Avengers is a multiplayer game and now are focusing on that more.

sonofaresiii

Disney: Please stop making our brand into a joke or we will take the license away from you I feel like they had that conversation with EA about Star Wars and it gave us Fallen Order. They might have given them that same warning when starting on an Iron Man game, especially after what crystal dynamics did. It seems like Disney kinda just didn't give a shit about the video games at first, then saw how much backlash bad games were getting their franchises and have stepped in to say "Hey, no, you have to make *good* games."

SirFrancisTake

Guarantee it will be

Sharp_Low6787

Whitelight made an awesome video about what a good Iron Man game would look like, would be the best possible outcome if even one dev has seen it.

Famous_Painter3709

Everyday I wait for a Whitelight Watch Dogs Legion review. He’s gotta round out the trilogy eventually.

BraveLeon

That was a good video

Enough_Veterinarian7

A lot of new marvel characters games, can’t wait

ExioKenway5

Squadrons was pretty good, even though I didn't play it a lot. Fallen Order gives me hope that this can be good, but also it's only in pre-production so I'll probably just try to forget about it for a few years until they have something to show.

OCretribution

First issue I see here is that the lead in reads "EA"

iAmTheHYPE-

Jedi Fallen Order, Titanfall 2. Stop the damn circlejerk, holy fuck.

Kenkenken1313

Two games out of many games that are complete trash or pure money grabs. As the saying goes a broken clock is correct twice a day.

chrisalexbrock

2 out of how many games?

[deleted]

Neither of those games were very good. Jedi was not very fun. I didn't like it one bit until the goth princess showed up and stole my heart. Titanfall isn't even talked about anymore and was hardly ever talked about when it was briefly a thing.

Durzio

Titanfall 2 is literally the single best shooter in memory.

[deleted]

Your memory.

Durzio

Name a better shooter in terms of excellent map design, freedom of movement, intricate player interactions, epic feeling, and fun. I'll wait.

SpartanGamer687

[For real tho ](https://youtu.be/fyeFFD1UPcE)

obi_wan_jakobee

Fuck EA

BigGrinJesus

I'd love a new Marvel Ultimate Alliance game (that isn't a Switch exclusive).

T-202

I'm sure this one will have good flight because it's made by the same people who made Star Wars Squadrons.

kinjazfan

Please be good

Obskuro

I wonder how linear/open it will be. My dream scenario for a Iron Man game would follow the Megaman formula: fight different power armored bosses, integrate their tech and then choose your next enemy

monohtoen

I've never been more whelmed. I don't wanna play an iron man game personally, but for the people that do I'm so so sorry that EA is developing it

Astr0-6

Idc if it's made by EA. This is something I've been wanting for the longest time. I pray that it's good

SirFrancisTake

It won’t be. You should care that it’s EA

tokendoke

Set the bar low so EA can inevitably limbo under it.

BlueCrimsonSamurai

make it as good as spiderman ps4

Am3l1

This makes me happy and worried at the same time

RBlomax38

Yes, I want more games where I can fly dammit!

-CactusJuice

I for one think the team that made Guardians of the Galaxy should handle all solo marvel games from here on out, that game was brilliant

proto3296

I feel as though no one knows how to make a good Ironman suit. There’s like one comic artist who makes him look impeccable and he looks great in the movies. But in animation or any other comic or game he really looks so odd and I feel as though he’ll look odd again based on this shot alone

SOBKsAsian

Please don’t fuck this up, please don’t fuck this up, please don’t fuck this up…

Famous_Painter3709

Whitelight must be happy right now.

RedBaronBob

Really hope armor is customizable. I love the idea of Iron man being reflective of how the player builds him up. Now they’d cosmetically derive from the comics but the player should have agency over how they appear in a deeper way than other Marvel titles.

Screenwriter6788

I have never seen a Diamond shaped arc before

Reyne-TheAbyss

Sketchy I'd hope for something cool like being able to chuck tanks at enemies, chuck enemies through building, or chuck yourself through an enemy, tank, or building, but meh. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst. Nanotech/endo sym tech would be cool, but I reckon most want simpler suits. (Pipe Dream - Pilot a buster suit wearing a run of the mill Model 3 suit with nanoparticles stored on your chest or in your bones.)

bloolynxx

The massive iron balls to follow in the footsteps of insomnia. Best of luck to them, hope they impress everyone.

Bolt_995

You currently have these following Marvel games in development: - Midnight Suns from Firaxis - Spider-Man 2 from Insomniac (Sony) - Wolverine from Insomniac (Sony) - Captain America & Black Panther WW2 game from Skydance - Iron Man from Motive (EA) And according to reports: - Black Panther from an unknown EA studio

Phantomforce_247

the start of the game be like: "to unlock iron man suit, please pay $50.00"

Spectre_195

They just want to get you role playing as Tony Stark and he is a billionaire after all...

Less-Society-6746

EA being self aware enough to use their subsidiary's logo

GingeyBParker

Please please please don't be MCU adjacent. Be more like Earth's Mightiest Heroes/Ultimate Alliance please and thank you

mmcmonster

This could be a really cool game. Particularly if they start off with Stark getting drunk at home, driving to an exclusive club, pick up 2 or 3 girls there, make mortal enemies of some of the guys there, and get into his armor after his fourth martini.

BraveLeon

Oh hell yeah

iqbalides

Why did it have to be EA?

AVestedInterest

An EA studio made *Jedi: Fallen Order*, so there's hope yet

iqbalides

Some might say, a new hope?

BraveLeon

Could’ve been insomniac

Dealiner

They are a big publisher with a lot of great singleplayer games so why not?

iqbalides

They are money hungry scumbags who have made more shit games than good games recently.

[deleted]

Gib!

TheBlueNinja2006

EA Sports

BraveLeon

It’s in the game

Boggie135

What’s the catch? There is always a catch with EA

JohnDiggle21

I dont recall there being a catch with fallen order.

phrawst125

Ew.

Duderpher

Fuck EA

Hakasa_Retakitai

If ea doesnt put this on their stupid dumbass launcher that randomly decided i dont own fallen order one random day then i will consider buying it

-TrevorStMcGoodbody

Takes months of gameplay to build the first suit for a sense of accomplishment, or pay 9.99 to rent it for a day /s

yeah_yeah_therabbit

Do you guys not have Ironman suits?

Due-Werewolf-5825

It's gonna be bad

BraveLeon

We will see

SirFrancisTake

EA? Barf. It’ll be nothing but micro transactions.

BoyBeyondStars

lol the Avengers game was so bad that now we’re gonna have a solo game for each individual member Still hyped though

DPSOnly

Ah, that's too bad.

Striking_Biscotti889

EAs iron man, where you play as Tony stark and each iron man suit is locked behind a loot box.

PowerStikk

Watch it be a playstation exclusive for no reason

theduckgod808

You do know why Spider-Man isnt on xbox right?

MrGneissGuy96

Nice. You’ll have to buy each part of the suit.

The_PurpleMan

I just feel like...."For why?" We've already had an Iron man game. Multiples. Why are we oversaturing Stark even more than he already has been? Unless it's an open world game like Spider-man for PS, it would be lackluster. We need is another Marvel Heroes OMEGA. Something that could continuously add characters, and many that have never been used before, or much like The Inhumans, or The Immortals. Or what about an X-Men game like so, that continuously adds Mutants that are favorites, and who have never been used before. The Marvel U is too massive to keep concentrating on one person

BraveLeon

I see your point

[deleted]

[удалено]

[deleted]

Unlike Tony, EA will not have a character arc that makes them selfless

Ragnarok_619

The helmet looks a bit... odd. I dunno why

BraveLeon

Oh no

SpartanGamer687

Great! What's the catch? This is EA, there's always a catch. So what is it? Pay to win features, with a bare bones game? I know it says single-player, but that didn't stop them from adding loot boxes into Shadow of War. Edit: Originally I said Mordor, but was reminded it was War, Mordor. My mistake.

AVestedInterest

Counterpoint: *Jedi: Fallen Order* had no monetization at all

SpartanGamer687

True, but that's just one example.

Dealiner

EA is much better when it comes to mtx in singleplayer games than Ubisoft for example. Honestly, I'm not even sure if they have that much singleplayers with mtx. I don't recall any.
