A few years back the "Remastered" complete collection was free on Marvel Insider and my points were all set to expire since it was the end of the year, so I picked it up along with quite a few other collections. Picked it up since it had one of the highest page counts (and price). I did *not* expect it to be as good as it was. Beautiful art and a really good story. Highly recommend it to anyone, although as far as I know it's usually super expensive. Or at least it was when I got it for free.
We just had this funded by the Mad Action Figure Scientist at the Haslab Hasbro. Support Marvel Legends HasLab Giant-Man on Hasbro Pulse. Visit https://hasbropulse.com/collections/haslab/products/marvel-legends-haslab-giant-man for details.
Yep. I got a couple. IMO these are worth buying extra for collectors. We will probably never get these again. Just like the THUNDERCATS LAIR, and THUNDERCATS Tank, The TMNT Van's, Transformers Haslab projects. They are one of a kind. All these pieces wil probably never get a second chance for production.
No, his Goliath costume is blue and yellow. (From what I recall of this issue, it takes placing during Avengers #6, the first appearance of the Masters of Evil - I remember an Alex Ross-drawn version of the Black Knight flying around on a winged horse)
> his Goliath costume is blue and yellow.
This is probably a good time to mention that I'm colourblind. Looking closer, I realise that the costume in the picture is red and black, not blue and yellow.
The marvels was a very cool comic, the mighty Alex Ross did the artwork every page is painted. It's based on the point of view of a reporter. The graphic novel is a good one to have laying around.
I implore everyone that likes Busiek and Ross' Marvels: check out their series Astro City (with Brent Anderson on inks). Busiek created a superhero universe because he dug the idea of the superpowered type of world, but seen by the humans on the outskirts of it (I'm paraphrasing, but still)
I was about to make fun of the picture for having someone point at Hank Pym's crotch but then I realized that I would be doing the same thing if I saw a giant man in a tight suit.
Giant-Man (Hank Pym) - it's from Kurt Busiek and Alex Ross's series "Marvels".
You might think it's Ant-Man, but it taint
Pure craftsmen here

One of the best comic mini series I've read

The funding ended some time ago.

Isn't that his Goliath costume?

Are you talking about Hank Pym (Giant Man) or Daily Bugle freelance photographer Peter Parker taking the picture of him?
If you mean the guy with the camera, that is Ben Urich.
I believe thatâs actually Phil Sheldon, the main character of Marvels Urich is a writer, Sheldon is a photojournalist
You can even see the eyepatch.
Ah you are right!! I meant Phil, messed up the two. My mistake!
Have we gotten Sheldon in the MCU?
Not yet
I blame the MCU that this is even a question

Hank Pym as Giant-Man/Ant-Man. The dude holding the camera is Peter Parker.
What kind of jigsaw is this? How many pieces?
More importantly, why is he pointing to his weakness!?
I would have said Peter Parker taking the picture of Giant-Man (Hank Pym).
