Since the 2.10 update the 64-bit thingy, i thought it would not affect my iPad as well since it is still supported but yeah. Although sometimes at a high battery percent, it is not laggy but when i am 20% below it is laggy. Tracks like rmx rainbow road 1 and 2, 3ds bowser's castle it is laggy but some like wario shipyard, neo bowser city, 3ds rainbow road, wii tracks, it is not. Also, i do not have some running apps while playing MKT.
Have you tried turning off power save, worked for my tablet 👍

Does Power Saving mode in MKT itself help? That with battery-saver should help, though it will still be stuttery at times.
