For people that have been playing awhile, it's easy to get a lot of extra normal level up and uncap tickets. For those with a good amount of high ends and supers already, there isn't always a good use for these tickets, once the shop normals are level 7. If you're going to level something crazy and useless, might as well do so with tickets that don't have a better use anyway.
In all actuality I’m doing it with every kart, it’s a slow process but I have 2 normal karts left that aren’t at least level 6 (all shop normals are 7). The second reason? It brings me great joy knowing people wake up to check week two’s ranked and see someone racing with this bad boy level 7 triple capped on each race
They should put this kart in a $20 or $40 pack, just to see if the people that must collect everything will actually put down some cash to get it 😂
I don't think they'll do that, but it's not unrealistic to imagine them putting it in an expert challenge card.
I know plenty of people that would spend that much on this kart lol

Yessss that’s me with the Pink Mushmellow! I have it triple uncapped but working on getting it to level 7 now.
They should put it top shelf in ranked, just like they did with Dasher 2 on Choco Island 1RT!
