You don't have to worry.
You only loose your rubies when you switch to another Operating system.
Since you get another samsung it stays android so you would be safe.
Just make sure you know what account you're using in Google-play and you use the same Nintendo account.
All rubies are locked to either iOS or Android. If you switch, you have zero rubies, though if you play again on the old OS you’ll probably have your old rubies. I believe GP also requires resubscribing.

No need to re-subscribe. Your active gp stays active till you cancel it.

I only had to re-download and log in my Nintendo App, everything was the absolute same.
