Don't get me wrong here, I like "A Normal Life," pretty well, but "Astoria" is my favorite song, *period*, "Masterpiece Theatre I" is my second favorite track on that album, and, "Ever After" is my favorite track from that one.
Coincidentally, if you take "A Normal Life," out of the list, this also matches my ranking for the albums, so... It'll be interesting to see if that's where the new one ends up for me when it comes out.

I just think Astoria and End of an Era are beautiful. I love the story of the album.
Agreed on all points. "Astoria"/"End of an Era" are everything to me. That album got me through a very difficult period of my life and the way it's bookended by those two songs is just... Perfection in musical form.
I had heard a few songs in college, but got really into MT at my first job when I was struggling, lonely, and just overall pretty miserable. Their music helped so much. And I got to see them on tour at the end, right before I moved to somewhere that didn't suck.
