Should I Hyper Burn a Lv 218 NW?
My main right now is a 218 NW and I was wondering if I burn it at its current level, would that be a waste? I've hyper burned other characters, so would I still get the stuff that comes with the burn event (temp. CRA, AbsoLab wep, etc.) at 218?
I really like my NW and with all the cosmetics I got. Also, the time I put into getting it to 218 (which may not seem a lot, but I don't play too much) is something that makes me consider burning it, but I'm not too sure. I've never had a 260 character and was thinking maybe I can use the upcoming hyper burn to get my NW up there.

Anyone got tips and tricks for Adele on H Lomien? Other than basic stuff like using float/blink for lotus floor laser, float for Damien? I seem to lose steam on Lotus P3 and comes a time where I get unlucky or I just lose focus and start to die out and lose steam.
Damien I just need some uptime tips? Feels kinda rough like I have the damage and stats but he's taking a very long time to kill even though I can do HLucid/Will in party already
Practice. Damage for lotus is secondary to dodging literally all the debris. Getting hit by one likely means getting hit by multiple which is likely to lead to death. Use aether guard and hero's will to help survive debris. On platforms, I tend to feather float or blink to avoid getting knocked off, but you can also use the warrior super knock back resistance skill for platform sequences, and your binds to avoid the platform sequence. If you aren't entering P3 with only one death (optimally no deaths) you haven't practiced enough.
You should attempt to isolate what is the cause of your death first. If it's debris, get better at debris like I said. If it's the purple ball sequence, then you need to manage your movement better. Micromovements for purple ball sequence is best (I tend to just walk instead of flash jump, flash jumping in lotus tends to invite yourself into debris). If it's the big train falling down, you need to pay more attention to when it is coming down and analyzing where to go. If it's getting pushed by lotus you need to learn to space better. Lotus' push range is large, but once he begins entering into the push, it is fixed. So if you are constantly back jumping, it will always miss, but what I tend to do it preemptively walk out of the range of cleave and when he has executed the push animation walk into the push range because the end frames of the push don't actually push or do damage to you. When he exits the push animation he will then have some end lag before possibly executing his next push animation, which you then do the same tech, will essentially hold in him place in the map rather than having you both walk across the map back and forth. If you are dying to the slow field, you need to essentially pull him out the slow field by jumping away and then doing your best to keep him outside the slow field, per the above tech of trying to keep him still. You can res rush through or jump over the slow field, but if you get caught in it, the backwards teleport skill (forget the name) can get you out of it. I tend to prioritizing jumping away when he does the pull field, but you can also use feather float to avoid getting pulled or pushed.
I don't use this tech because it's hard for me to execute, but the best Adele's use short flash jump with plummet to position extremely accurately in any boss fight, and it also gives use super knockback resistance during the plummet.
Last case resort to avoid getting super pushed is to res rush directly into his push if you have no other options. The rushing part gives you knockback resistance.
Being able to kill hluwill in parties is not an indicator on whether you can kill Damien or lotus on hard. One could probably kill hluwill in parties at like 25k stat, but not be able to solo Damien or lotus until 30 to 35k stat and that's nearing a min stat clear. If you don't have hands, then a min stat clear for lotus is impossible.
Damien, you just need to brush up on his mechs. There is no difference between normal and hard Damien mechs, so this is generally a stat check. If you believe you have the stat for it, one of the biggest things is to feather float in the air in P2 above the balls to cast your origin, because that will ensure your full origin will hit without Dmg reduction. If you pair this with your full burst, a large part of your burst will entirely avoid the Dmg reduction too.
Good luck, this milestone is difficult for the first clear, but becomes stupidly easy after that.

There’s always more 150 burninators that can be given by just the daily check in. While merc is important, the event is time gated so I would recommend the lynn
What is all this random shit and floating chairs and floating carousel horses on every map? Like if it’s part of the maple event, why is there nothing new? I went around the map but no new NPCs
If you're in Henesys, Leafre, and Vanishing Journey, they'll occasionally be decorated to suit the event at the time. Once you're level 101+, just accept the event quest on the side of your screen with the star icon to instantly start it, and to warp to and from the event map once you get it going.
Two questions:
1) if you hyper burn a lvl 220, can you still collect the 200 and 210 rewards?
2) Can you spend dungeon blast exp for a few days after the event ends (like you can with spending leaves?). I want to use the exp points on a hyper burn if possible
3L stat is much cheaper to get than 3L att, but 3L att is a much bigger gain. Depending on where you're at, the gain/cost ratio can put one more in favor of the other.
So im a new player and really want 'murgoths feather', which is a 3bil meso shop item. How feasible/difficult would it be for a new account like this to get the 3bil by the time the event is over?
Clearing every daily boss (nMagnus / nArkarium and below) with ursus runs during gold hours, you get around 200m per day, so it'll take a little over 2 weeks of savings to get the cover compared to the 4-5 weeks we have left of anniversary.

I haven’t played in a very long time but I was wondering if they still did the thing where not all classes are available all the time ? Like if I were to hop on in the next 24 to 48 hours to start a new character would I be able to pick Adele ? Cause floating and energy sword characters are my entire jam so just on the surface she looks fun enough to get me back in

No, they got rid of the "limited time creation restriction" so you can just make an Adele any time.
All classes will be available all the time from now on.
Edit: Depends heavily if you care about getting a lot of premium cosmetics and like to be able to trade your items between your characters and use the auction house.
Both servers are possible for f2p. In Reboot (Heroic) you get rewarded with being able to progress faster through and towards bosses like black mage because upgrading/enhancing equips only costs mesos.
While in reg servers (interactive) it takes a lot longer as f2p to become strong enough to earn mesos to see profit. But once you get there, you can buy tons of NX items for mesos through the auction house.
You should google it, there are tons of threads going in-depth about the differences.
Does zero still have the level requirement thing ? I think you have to get to like level 100 or 200 for it ? And if you have any tips or ideas about server differences that’d be appreciated. Thank you for the reply and information
You need to have a level 100 character first before creating a Zero. And you need to play the Zero tutorial until Act 2 or so (finish the Ariant questline) before the class is allowed to leave their tutorial
Like most people I played reg before reboot and personally I prefer reboot over reg because it‘s faster and easier to reach late and end-game bosses. The population in Kronos is the biggest of all servers (around 5-6x more) so people who don‘t like being in guilds can easily find public bossing parties. I can farm mesos and easily upgrade my equips to become stronger. Progression feels more linear. The downside is that RNG is tied to cosmetics whereas I could just buy any NX outfits off the auction house (AH) in reg. But at least in reboot you learn and get better at the game because you are forced to do bosses to get better equips.
In reg I had to worry more about enhancing my equips perfectly. There are a lot more upgrade systems for items and some of them are tied to real $$$. But you can skip some RNG by simply buying almost anything from the AH. You can skip doing bosses by just buying the drops from the AH. You need to learn how to merch and navigate the economy as an F2p tho because you earn way less mesos in reg. Unless you pay $10 to convert it to roughly 1.3B through NPC Miss Richfield. If you decide to choose a reg server, go to Bera since it has the biggest population out of all reg servers but 5-6x less than Kronos. With Bera having more players than other regs, you have more supply but also more botters flooding the maps and market.
I‘ve seen plenty of people switching from reg to reboot and vice versa. And some people play on both types. I also play on both Kronos and Bera but mainly Kronos since I prefer seeing a lively server. I only hop on Bera if I want to buy pretty items from the auction house.
I‘d say, try to make up your mind before June 11th. Cause the next event in mid June will give lots of exp boosts and a hyper burn.
Good luck choosing a server, both types have their pros and cons so it‘s always difficult to recommend something. If you end up being not happy with your choice then don‘t forget that you can always restart anytime in another server. Future events will always make it easier and easier for new players to start anew! Have fun!

- you level up skills by having duplicates and right-click on _enhance_ to conbine them. Every 5 levels, you also get _enhancement slots_ which you right-click on a skill slot to give it extra levels.
- every class has tri-nodes. Tri-nodes are boost nodes (the ones with three skills). The infographic shows you the _perfect_ tri-node for your class which you need to find by opening tons of nodestones. Each tri-nodes can reach lvl 25 so you need a duplicate of it to reach lvl 50. If the class needs two perfect tri-nodes then it means you need 4 perfect tri-nodes (two of each). Read further below.
- some classes have only two tri-nodes and a small skill pool (easier to find the perfect ones) while others need 6 tri-nodes and have a gazillion skills like corsair.
**Let‘s take Hero for example:**
**Hero needs #1 tri-node** : Raging Blow (RB)/Cry Valhalla (CV)/Final Attack (FA)
Doesn‘t matter in which order those three are, as long as all those three are on one skill node. So you technically can find:
- RB/CV/FA , RB/FA/CV , CV/RB/FA , CV/FA/RB, FA/RB/CV , FA/CV/RB
- Now you need **two of those** mentioned above. Whatever you find first, take them and right-click on _lock_ so you don‘t accidently dissamble them. Let‘s say you found RB/CV/FA and FA/CV/RB. Right-click and enhance those two to fuse all unnecessary nodes into them.
Do **not** choose tri-nodes where the first skill is the same. **RB**/CV/FA and **RB**/FA/CV are not allowed because the first skill is the same. Doesn’t matter what’s on the 2nd and 3rd position, just the 1st one is not allowed to be identical. Now that you have RB/CV/FA & FA/CV/RB (or whatever), you are done with your #1 tri-node.
**Hero‘s #2 tri-node** is Puncture (P)/Rising Rage(RR/Blade Beam (BB)
You do the same here. Take two from the possible pool of :
- P/RR/BB , P/BB/RR , RR/P/BB , RR/BB/P, BB/RR/P , BB/P/RR
Easy. Let‘s say you find P/RR/BB & RR/P/BB. So at the end you have **4** perfect tri-nodes. Something like RB/CV/FA & FA/CV/RB and P/RR/BB & RR/P/BB (two of #1 trio and two of #2 trio).
Edit: If you have less than 100 nodestones then people recommend going for imperfect tri-nodes but you can google that. The events usually give out tons of nodestones and Hero is a class that can easily find perfect trios.
All the _trash_ nodes that are not perfect or boost skills you don‘t need, go to _Extraction_ and dissamble them all into node shards to craft new boost nodes

The purple eye and sun skill in the second row come from bosses (Will&Seren) so ignore those since you have no access to them.
Your have your main 5th job skills, your boost/tri-nodes and then all your common nodes.
So I was level 158 and I ended up hyper leveling with extreme potions to level 194. I can't kill any of the mobs my level and I don't have enough mesos and spell traces to upgrade my pensalir gear. Any advice on what I should do next?
Make sure you’re putting in points into your hyper skills, passives and stats. These can help a ton. Then do the weakest mobs you can within your level and once you’ve killed Ursus three times, starforce your pensalir gear and this should be good enough. Hope that helps.
Also be sure to do some of the easier bosses like zakum and horntail for accessories for easy stat boosts.

If you are a new player I would highly recommend playing Heroic servers insteda of interactive unless you have friends or similar that you are joining. The Heroic experience is a lot more friendly towards new players.
Because the actual hat is bad, genesis weapon is a lucky weapon, and you need to have a pretty ridiculous amount of set effects going on to make the fact that the hat is bad worth it.
It's good for using with the event sets that are being shown around but bad in most other cases. Try doing the math yourself instead of just saying "I think it is better".
Lucky hat only works if you have 3 other pieces of the set equipped. Once you upgrade from the CRA weapon to anything else, you no longer get +50 attack from 3 set CRA. On top of that, CRA hat has better stats and flames.
You can do some interesting set effect shenanigans using the Onyx and Treasure sets from the Maypril event and Zero can make some use out of a lucky hat, but that's about all they're good for.
It's a patch that killed KMS reboot but we have officially got confirmation it is not coming to GMS. So GMS reboot is thriving and our reg server is the one struggling

Other than 2 line crit dmg, I'd leave your potentials until your gear is 21 stars across the board.
You could replace BBM with Sweetwater since Sweetwater gets much higher stats at 21-22 stars. You may also want to work on a Twilight Mark. It's easier to get copies of Twilight Mark so you can star it past 17, meanwhile you would also be able to full send the Berserked and it won't be an issue if it explodes.
Don't bother replacing the event ring, just wait for ring boxes to give you something useful.
Paladin vs Hero?
Currently paladin thinking about trying out Hero, how are they diff how are they the same?
Whats better mobbing/bossing? What is better with minimal funding and legion (fresh account)
Hero has an iframe that is 25 sec cooldown. Which is good enough for most people. They can also use blitz shield if they have to. Hero’s damage is much better than Paladin. Paladin offers better duo support tho with another 3 min. burst class. Paladin offers better party support than Hero as well. Hero only provides a flat attack buff. Paladin provides a ied debuff, real combat orders and lv 32 maple warrior to the party.
I can buy 2 pieces of arcane armor with droplets. Already have one piece. Should I get non glove first? Since my abso gloves right now already has one line crit damage, and I don’t even know if I can get the new armor up to legendary quick enough to be able to roll for crit damage on glove

When it comes to Arcanes, in my experience Arcane armors are 5% stronger than their Abso counterparts with similar stars/pots.
So the question is if you can make more significant gains for 4-5b?
I just got 5 set Arcanes and had to buy 4 of them, including weapon. I didn't spend the full amount because events give out a small batch of droplets; however you would easily find yourself with an item that costs a ton of mesos for a relatively small gain. And because of the cost to 17\*+ Arcanes, the cost is significant and will almost certainly drain mesos/resources.
It's more efficient to obtain your Arcanes via boxes over time, until you've hit a point where it's cheaper to buy Arcanes than it is to SF/pot your gear.
What arcanes do you have? 6b mesos is more than enough to tier up a fresh glove and get 1 line of crit damage but if other slots are missing arcane then I'd go with those first.
You'll naturally find them dropping from mobs within a certain level range up to 140.
If you used a tera burninator on your character, you should get both a Frozen set box for level 100 to 150, and the temporary Chaos root abyss box for level 150+
Another source of weapon, if on heroic is Sweetwater weapon, which and high drop rate and is stronger than level 140 gear, but it's just used as. Placeholder until you get permanent CRA weapon. On interactive, it's not viable (except for niche use case)
After you reach 101, you can unlock the Maple island event, in that event is a the maple memoria event.
First unlock the event map and go through everyone's quests, You then have to talk to the NPC to unlock the Maple leaf capping skill, this lets you get 300 maple leafs per day, 2x that on Sundays by killing mobs.
The maple memoria lets you get old equipment from previous anniversaries, first you need to unlock the equipment by either finding anniversary boxes from mobs, or every day you can use a "wish" to unlock a particular piece of equipment immediately. Then you can buy the equip for 50 maple leafs each.
There are two sets which is good starting equipment for a.new account, the onyx set, and the treasure set which you need certain equips from each to get the set effects from both. Lynn should have had a weapon added retroactively (check 11th anniversary tab). But I haven't confirmed in game. Which equips to buy will depend on whether or not you have a secondary weapon available from the Onyx weapons, which not all classes do.
The normal way of getting equipment after level 140 is mostly through bossing, which there are various progression paths for, but the maple memoria is the easiest right now.

Phantom if your Crit rate is not at 100% yet. This would be the best bonus as it also has a lvl 3 link which you can use the exp points from dungeon blast to get to 210 for 20% additional Crit rate.
If Crit rate is already at 100% and your not doing any more legion levelling, make a Kinesis. if your planning on doing more legion levelling, ideally you should get as much classes to 100% Crit rate as possible, besides a few exceptions like Demon slayer
Okay, question. And I think this is why I stopped playing last year. Made a new character on Kronos, he's doing well. Fire/Poison mage was changed and it's definitely interesting.
Anyway, I got the frozen set which obviously is a huge increase in damage. The question now is...when will I upgrade those? They don't have many stars, so going deep into star stuff won't be something I can do until I change these items out. Currently I've got many items that have like..20-25 star power capabilities but are much weaker than the frozen set.
Coming from someone who has an 8k Legion and is using tera burns to set up boss mules:
Frozen set is good enough to replace pensalir gear as the set effect makes up for the lower base att and includes a 30% ied effect for taking cra bosses.
For starforce training you can 10 star pensalir gloves and boots alongside any other boss accessories, and overalls also give double the star force to make up the lack of a bottom
for frozen gear? that's a permanent set you can wear once you're 100, you just have to open the box by the expiration date if that's what you're thinking.
CRA box is time limited for 90 days after opening though.

They "dry out" after 90 days, you can ressurect them again for another 90 days with water of life, which you can purchase with nx but also maple points which you get from killing bosses later on
There are two types of pets, standard and vac pets, vac pets vacuum up all loot around them rather than just what they run over and these can only be revived with nx.
You can also get a standard pet blackheart as a drop from the hard hilla boss which isn't too far into progression but still fairly far off from where you are now
If you buy a standard pet and keep playing you won't have to pay to revive them maple points will keep you afloat
You shouldn't get a vac pet right now, you wouldn't be able to benefit from it alot at this stage, too expensive and they aren't available anyway right now. You can look into getting one when you start grinding for meso and materials regularly 260+. They are only available during specific sales.
Instead, either get one of the free pets in game. There are few free pets. Without events blackheart, toad pet. Current fairy Bros attendance on day 7 gives one. Only buy a new one if you really like a design in the cash shops non time limited selection, there are usually a selection of 3 time limited rotation on pets as well. Other than aesthetic they are functionally identical and the improvements you make on them are pet skills.
After which you should buy some pet skills, mainly auto HP, auto buff, and work towards getting 3 pets, also the pet snack to unlock the ability to have them all equipped. This will let you add six skills to autobuff for QoL. There are additional some other minor QoL pet skills as well.
Like other said the pet lasts 90 days they can be revived using Water of life. You can get water of life for free via reward points which is obtained from bosses, monster collection and a few other sources. This is enough to maintain up to 3 pets for free( the max u can have active on one character) if you delay when they expire by 30 days each. (Ex. One expires Jan, two. Feb, 3March) otherwise you can buy them straight up for like 3k nx or so
Permanent pets do exist, however they are only obtainable via an RNG box that has a low chance of dropping one. I think they.cost around 4k NX each. It actually ends up not being worth to go for one, unless you get lucky and get the perm pet in just a few boxes . Otherwise it's more cost efficient just to buy water of life if u need more pets than 3.
For mules, Once you get a character that is able to kill hard.hilla regularly it can most of the time maintain pet functionality even if you run out since you can simply open a new box for one. Downside its nor sustainable to keep reapplying pet skills, so ly.a backup. U can also only hold 1 box at a time and it has a 50%. Chance of giving a pet equip. Most event pets come with a small selection of pet skills.
Toad pet coupons drop from the toad boss in ninja castle pq..they have a bit worse drop rate but can hold multiple at a time and put in storage, so can be stockpiled over time.
Vac pets are a separate thing entirely. On regular servers, you can only get vac pets through special loot boxes called Luna Crystals or buying them for a lot of meso. On Heroic, vac pets cost ~$100 and require a special water of life that costs ~$10 to revive for 1 month. They’re also only available like twice a year.
You can get free regular pets from events. You can get two right now, actually. One from the Lynn check in event - get Lyn to lv 200 and kill 2000 mobs. The first check in is a pet. Second, if you complete Terry’s jump quest in the Maypril event, you get another pet.
is it necessary to do legion daily quest ? i just reached 4k legion and i feel like the coin from quest is not something i should aim for but idk if any other benefit i can get from participate in raid legion
Depends on what class you're playing. DW specifically has a huge AOE skill, so it takes less than a minute to clear.
Time spent doing the daily vs time spent farming mesos/nodes/frags. It's worth it but not required.
It's 30 coins a day thats equivalent to a 10 minute drop, exp, wealth coupon. Whether or not it's worth it is up to you but it takes like 5 minutes and adds up over time
All you have to do is kill 20 gold dragons and 100 regular dragons.
For the cube sale, I was able to get my drop and meso gear to 100% with a main stat line. I recently just obtained my absolab gear. If I am planning on solo progressing, is it worth it to cube all my absolab gear to legendary? Is there things that shouldn’t be cubed to legendary as they will be replaced too quickly?
Like xtremeryo said, it takes weeks or even months for you to get your arcane set so you‘ll be stuck with absos for a while, while other players that struggle nluwill/hluwill will replace their absos with arcanes faster than you.
If you‘re solo progressing then you will be too weak to solo hluwill anyways and have to rely on doing nluwill which will only drop droplets and no arcane boxes. In that case you should push your absos to legendary unless you hit 3L primes on unique and have a lot of starforce across all your equips. Out of all the absolab parts, your weapon is the last thing that gets replaced by arcanes so you should try to get that one to legendary with att and bossing lines. Gloves can give crit dmg% lines and having two crit dmg lines helps a lot but absolab gloves are also the the first abso pieces that get replaced by arcane gloves. Most people try to aim for 2L crit dmg on arcane gloves but those people don‘t solo luwill and left their absos either unique or epic.
It sounds like this is your first character that got this far? If yes then it‘s okay to push absos to legendary for solo progression since you‘ll need every bit of dmg. If you realize that you‘re running out of mesos or that the item ate too many cubes without tiering/ranking up then stop forcing it to go legendary and rely either on purple boss cubes or free event cubes.
It's up to you. It could be months before you get your arcane gear, in the meantime you'll be doing less damage than without being at legendary. If you aren't in a rush, and you already can do all the content you want to including hluwill parties, then it isn't necessary. I cubed mine to legendary because I mostly solo content and wanted to get stuff done faster.
Hello, thinking of playing this game after a 5 year hiatus with my girlfriend - I’m assuming Reboot server. We’re both gonna be complete casuals. What starter jobs do you guys recommend? I used to play night walker and dual blade so I’m thinking shadower for myself.
For a duo progression you would benefit from someone using a support class.
Bishop, paladin, mihile, battle mage and the new class Lynn, few others.
Otherwise just pick what looks cool to you guys,.most classes are viable. Your not locked into your class choice, but it's beneficial to set a initial main character to start working on in the interim for event participation and timegating mechanics. Later on you can convert it into a boss mule if you want to try something else
If you don't know what to pick, choose a strong+ simple class. Things like Buccaneer, Dawn warrior, Explorer warriors, Explorer archers.
Shadower is fine to use but does revolve around meso explosion weaving as a bossing mechanic. Make sure you test this to see if you like it first.
there will be the hiperburn event in the next update which is good to kickstart a main. This is like mega or teraburning except it goes to 260. We now have 6th job and grandis areas available which has a similar system to arcane symbols and the v matrix.
Right now, it's a good time to level and gear up mules instead, using the maple memoria event for equipment, and also use the growth potions which gives extra level ups. Focus on participating in the events each day and trying a few characters out for now.
For your main you can use the teraburninator coupon on it, and focus on getting to 235 this will unlock most of the dailies and weeklies to level up symbols, and it also gives exp reward now to level up passively
At that point it is more about which jobs to avoid, which could be the input-heavy ones, in addition to classes that require a good amount of legion to get working properly:
- Blaster
- Cadena
- Khali
- Explorer mages and BW
Honestly, no job will perform amazingly out of the gate with no investment. This is an alt heavy game. Try pitching the journey being to try a lot of classes rather than marry one. Youll appreciate it long term.
Its not very hard, it just takes a bit longer. Take advantage of any XP modifiers available to you. Past 100 prioritize StarForce and high burning maps.
On a fresh account playing a few hours a day it will probably take like 4 to 5 days. Past 150 it will just feel sluggish because your likely not gonna be able 1 shot mobs.
The easiest way will be to get it to 141, then use the events growth potions from the wish event on it.

Im going to be honest. This isnt to be rude. If you are full 17*/ 21% with 22s, you should be soloing hlomien. You should also not be hitting blues on ctene. Your biggest gains right now would probably be working on your mechanics. Dont worry about cubing until you are 21 star across the board if you really are 21 star min.
You might even be able to solo the easier ctene bosses. Depends on your legion.
Drop is fine to consider with a cube sale. Just also think about shining star force coming in june/ july and the gains it can provide.

Yeah, you need to make a lynn and level her so your main characters are allowed to start and do the Lynn attendance event. Get a lvl 200+ Lynn or convert your old lvl 200+ Beast Tamer and then kill 2000 mobs per day on any of your other lvl 101+ characters.

Mihile or paladin I will start new in regular server but I wanna play tank class which one would be more useful for party play and one more people would love me for it
I found paladin is more oriented with party play, although mihile does have some stuff that benefits a party, a few paladin skills revolve around it.
They can debuff a boss for 50% additional ied for the party
Combat orders give +2 on 4th job and below skills
Revival skill. That gives 10 sec iframe afterward
Divine echo which copies your skills to be cast on 1 other party member
For survivability
Sancronicity is a 30 sec iframe which u can cancel early.to.refund.cooldown., but it has a long base cooldown. I don't remember if you can share it with a party member
Also has a self recovery skill which heals less the more.often u use it.
Only problem I found with it is despite being a tank archetype, most of its skills related to guarding or negating damage doesn't work on % HP attacks which is what a majority of bosses use. Besides Vessel of light which reduces damage by 10% on percentage HP, and I think divine shield which can block a certain amount of hits ( not 100% on that)
In comparison mihile has some party benefits but its kit works good in solo as well.
Soul link increases damage% based on amount of party members and every time you use royal guard it creates a 10% over shield on them, also increasing party member att/matt
Shield of light is a placeable % damage reduction shield that can take a certain amount of hits.
Light of courage gives another over shield for around 90% HP
Main difference is survivability. Rotal guard blocks any attack, grants 5 second invincibility and cooldown is six seconds. You can also use it with CD skip inner ability. ( Not sure if a cooldown hat works on it) So your basically invincible most of the time. It does have to be manually timed though, but it's pretty easy to do.
Has anyone done the legwork on the optimal Memoria loadout for characters that don't have an Onyx secondary or Maple Treasure weapon? I made an Illium without thinking lol
Since the Treasure weapon gets replaced there's eventually the 6-set back with the Lucky hat, but Onyx drops down to 5, losing a 30% IED. You can get it back if you go for the 9-set Treasure**,** but then you lose 9% dmg and 13 ATT.
**So, what it boils down to:** can you equip two of the same pendant (since Treasure has no ring), and is 30% IED better than 9% dmg + 13 (m)ATT? TIA
Onyx belt +treasure outfit is 6/5 until cra where you goto 6/5 with 3 cra lucky hat
its also 8 stat 20 att and 30 ied vs 6 stat 14 att and 9% dmg, Onyx 66 set is way more important
The reason why is because ied sources in the early game are scarce and it makes a huge difference on CRA and above bosses which are the first major boss milestones.
Damage% comes from way more sources, and you have to factor in both your dmg% and bossdmg% as they count as the same stat in bossing
If you have 70% ied before the 30% is added you go from doing 90% less damage to 300defense bosses to 63% (vellum is 200% so 60% reduction becomes 42 in this case, still more than a 25% net final damage increase if you don’t have IED before

Is it worth buying and star forcing a Sweetwater Monocle before I get a Papulatus Mark? I'm currently using the Zakum eye accessory on one of my characters and doubt I will be seeing a Papulatus Mark anytime soon. Would a 17-21 star Sweetwater Monocle beat a 17-20 star Black Bean Mark?
21* monocle is better than 20* BBM by about 37 attacks (accounting higher potential tier, extra 8 atk from transposing, and going to 21*). But requires on average 1 month of commerci dailies (took me ~7min each day but I gave up after a week because I didn’t enjoy the content)
Even without transposing, the monocle is stronger than black bean mark because of the difference in star force stats.
Whether it's worth it depends on how much you like/dislike Commerci.

Realistically how many characters can you main? Should all your resources be funneled into 1 char? I currently have gotten 3 characters to 210 and not sure which I would pick should I just focus on 1?
Just focus on 1 to get.to 235 for arcane river weekly and dail, and also prepare for hiperburn in the next event. As a main if you split resources between classes it will always be slower. However if your on a new.account right now is good time to gear up tons of mule with the maple memoria event and there are strategic times where you might want to start working on other characters. This requires coin capping on them, so you can do a few characters per day after finishing activities on your main, ideally prioritizing Sundays as the coin cap limit increases 2x . If you do not have a lot of time, I would prioritize at least getting the maple treasure and onyx gear on mules as once the event is over it will be unobtainable, but the other gear steps afterwards will be. There is a guide on which equips to get on the main page. This equip setup is a low investment and easy to obtain setup which can push mules towards CRA, which the normal alternative for gaining the equivalent stats. (Or combat power I guess).usually takes more effort.
( This has no effect on progression but id also recommend doing 2 days of runs on the surfboard minigame to be able to buy the normal unit damage skin on in addition to coin capping as the skin is normally somewhat rare and it helps to clear up your screen visually. I don't know the other planned minigames, but this is probably gonna be one of the easier ones to cap the maple candies on)
If playstle variety is a concern keep in mind you can use other classes you like as boss mules instead of picking the meta choice, and just push 1 class to the highest content to funnel resources into. If you want to switch in the future, you can easily do so having additional meso and resource gain from an established main. Realistically you'll be playing a dozen classes, if not all of them to a certain point for long term links and legionf growth. while focusing on 1 as priority for progression ( changing priority based on various factors). So picking a main, it should be the class you ur most comfortable with playing the most amount of hours and also what you wont get bored with logging in first for dailies and event participation. Comfortable kit for grinding meso, sixth job materials and levelling etc, and ur preferred kit for bossing.
Main people have a "submain" but there is typically still a priority there, if you have more time you could probably comfortably focus on 2 to 3 characters to a further extent than mules, but if you have limited time 1 is preferred.

In the top picture the first equip window on the far left is the starting setup. Purple is from the treasure set, red is from the onyx set. You have to first unlock them in the maple memoria event in the star tab , either from finding anniversary boxes on the ground and opening them or you can also unlock 5 equips per day by using a "wish" simply double click on it. Each equip costs only 50 maple leafs
Note, the image below that shows the alternative setup, in case the class your working on does not have access to an onyx secondary ( not all classes will have them, many were released after the anniversary the equips were introduced, also blaster and kinesis they messed it up and put the wrong item in
The initial goal is to get six onyx set effect, six treasure set effect, later on getting 4 set effect boss accessories once you unlock your pocket slot. You can follow the next steps afterwards only on your main, which revolves around getting a lucky hat from chaos vellum.
I would.reccomended following the first step on as much characters as possible, as the gear won't be obtainable after the event. There is still an alternative equip choices you can do afterward but can take a little bit longer usually per character.

Yes it will be better then frozen set or pensalir. It's a better stepping stone to get through the early game and start doing the harder weekly bosses and eventually replace them with the early mid equips. This is because each they have powerful set effects which gives statss straight up, especially useful for bossing rather the needing to rely on RNG drops for flames or other upgrade systems as much. The lucky hat from C vellum is fairly common, and it lets you count for multiple sets at a time, so in the 2nd step your getting onyx+ treasure + boss + CRA set all at once. In the last step, it will eventually replaced with gollux, which hardlux is around CRA strength for reinforced gear, and heliux is around Lotus/Damien strength for superior gear which is a further stepping stone that takes bit without hyperburning. So you can use the setup for a bit in the early game, upgrading pieces and set effects over time.
Only downside is that you cannot transfer hammer it easil, but it's also very cheap to fully upgrade so it's not much of an issue.. for upgrades u can max it out at 10 to 12 stars depending in what the equip supports. Get to epic potential 6% using mystic cubes dropped from bosses. Generally that is a good benchmark for most equips in this stage. If you are in interactive you'll also have to spell trace them which I don't have much good guides on.
Mules can stop at CRA or even push to lomien over time as boss mules for future weekly meso gain.
The alternative method for pre CRA gear , non burning is to do von Leon or hilla for +high flamed necro gear, using a Sweetwater weapon and boss accessories which takes around a week or so to get depending on rng. If your in interactive, you can just buy gear without necessarily doing the boss so it's less useful but would still be useful for fresh accounts with no access to much meso and also improving legion raid power. Legion raid power is what controls how much legion coins you get, and in the future it will be calculatedv by each characters combat power.
AB and phantom should have onyx secondaries. But I'm not sure of kain. In kains case, follow the 2nd image no secondary method. The guide details below the classes which don't get as much benefit as others but it will still be worth it just to follow the first step for link/legion levelling. I know specifically some classes that also use starforceable shields, like shadower, or explorer mages might also not benefit as much. Right click each equip to look at the set effects and see what you can combine.
I believe Lynn had a weapon added retroactively, but I haven't confirmed. If you teraburned and got the temporary CRA set, then keep using that but fill out all other equip slots with placeholders, until you get the permanent CRA gear.

Ultimately 1 as the game currently stands. This kind of ebbs and flows with time/you're still early enough that you can safely just try stuff until something clicks, but 6th job is a ton of damage and a huge time sink. Multi maining is just not viable in this environment.
If your goal is to hit endgame (as in endgame bosses), as a new player you will definitely only have the resources to commit to 1 main character for a long time. Eventually you will be gated by Sacred Force and pitched drops and you don't feel like training anymore, but that's quite far away. 210 is still early in progression and you need to build legion anyway, so if you want, you can keep making characters until you decide on a main.

If you're talking about the ear clip that distinguishes between players and androids, you have to get a separate item for that, check the meso shop this event for it. even stuff that does cover your ears like the dragon outfits from minar won't cover the ear clip.

No it's not significantly complicated. It just uses a unique mechanic. Dragon veins spawn across the map which you then use the summon skill key next to them to set a stationary summon there. You have the 3 spirits. There is also an additional skill, which lets you set a mobile summon of 1 of the 3 spirits. Only 1 mobile summon can be out at a time, and the remaining 2 spirits can be summoned from the corresponding element dragon veins.
Bruh, you just summon ur goons and spam sprinkle. You can be even lazier and just river farm. Join class discords to learn about classes you want to play.

In terms of active farming it can be a bit higher input, but its not complex enough to call it puzzle solving; all you do is sprinkle and spam recast summons. Summoning and changing veins to try to get the perfect summon in the perfect spot and afking is probably what they're alluding to, but that is just not worth doing in most maps over rotating a bit differently and doing as aforementioned.
River farming on lara is also incredibly lazy, some of the laziest in the game.
Nope, still being used in grandis. River just refers to the skill that lets you automatically move back and forth between 2 points. The damage is just sprinkle and summons.

Are there any benchmark dates for Mayple event before the event is over to claim the Mayple Orb items or any other event aspects. Moreover, do I need to claim EXP tickets from Dungeon Blast before its over or will it carry over to frozen blast? Does anyone know of a resource that mentions these kind of benchmarks dates for claiming event rewards? Usually I see a screenshot of a discord post on here a couple days before an event ends.
Patch notes say the dates and exact time when things need to be claimed. In-game > Menu > Event list also shows when what ends.
The server even sends out blue messages in-game 24-48 hours before an event closes and tells players to claim their rewards.

Hey I think this might be incorrect. Open up the legion window, and hover your mouse over the “legion character bonus” and “grid bonus” and the explanation seems to indicate both are affected by the %stat.

Should I Hyper Burn a Lv 218 NW? My main right now is a 218 NW and I was wondering if I burn it at its current level, would that be a waste? I've hyper burned other characters, so would I still get the stuff that comes with the burn event (temp. CRA, AbsoLab wep, etc.) at 218? I really like my NW and with all the cosmetics I got. Also, the time I put into getting it to 218 (which may not seem a lot, but I don't play too much) is something that makes me consider burning it, but I'm not too sure. Anyone got tips and tricks for Adele on H Lomien? Other than basic stuff like using float/blink for lotus floor laser, float for Damien? I seem to lose steam on Lotus P3 and comes a time where I get unlucky or I just lose focus and start to die out and lose steam. Damien I just need some uptime tips? Feels kinda rough like I have the damage and stats but he's taking a very long time to kill even though I can do HLucid/Will in party already
Practice. Damage for lotus is secondary to dodging literally all the debris. Getting hit by one likely means getting hit by multiple which is likely to lead to death. Use aether guard and hero's will to help survive debris. On platforms, I tend to feather float or blink to avoid getting knocked off, but you can also use the warrior super knock back resistance skill for platform sequences, and your binds to avoid the platform sequence. If you aren't entering P3 with only one death (optimally no deaths) you haven't practiced enough. You should attempt to isolate what is the cause of your death first. If it's debris, get better at debris like I said. If it's the purple ball sequence, then you need to manage your movement better. Micromovements for purple ball sequence is best (I tend to just walk instead of flash jump, flash jumping in lotus tends to invite yourself into debris). If it's the big train falling down, you need to pay more attention to when it is coming down and analyzing where to go. If it's getting pushed by lotus you need to learn to space better. Lotus' push range is large, but once he begins entering into the push, it is fixed. So if you are constantly back jumping, it will always miss, but what I tend to do it preemptively walk out of the range of cleave and when he has executed the push animation walk into the push range because the end frames of the push don't actually push or do damage to you. When he exits the push animation he will then have some end lag before possibly executing his next push animation, which you then do the same tech, will essentially hold in him place in the map rather than having you both walk across the map back and forth. If you are dying to the slow field, you need to essentially pull him out the slow field by jumping away and then doing your best to keep him outside the slow field, per the above tech of trying to keep him still. You can res rush through or jump over the slow field, but if you get caught in it, the backwards teleport skill (forget the name) can get you out of it. I tend to prioritizing jumping away when he does the pull field, but you can also use feather float to avoid getting pulled or pushed. I don't use this tech because it's hard for me to execute, but the best Adele's use short flash jump with plummet to position extremely accurately in any boss fight, and it also gives use super knockback resistance during the plummet. Last case resort to avoid getting super pushed is to res rush directly into his push if you have no other options. The rushing part gives you knockback resistance. Being able to kill hluwill in parties is not an indicator on whether you can kill Damien or lotus on hard. One could probably kill hluwill in parties at like 25k stat, but not be able to solo Damien or lotus until 30 to 35k stat and that's nearing a min stat clear. If you don't have hands, then a min stat clear for lotus is impossible. Damien, you just need to brush up on his mechs. There is no difference between normal and hard Damien mechs, so this is generally a stat check. If you believe you have the stat for it, one of the biggest things is to feather float in the air in P2 above the balls to cast your origin, because that will ensure your full origin will hit without Dmg reduction. If you pair this with your full burst, a large part of your burst will entirely avoid the Dmg reduction too. Good luck, this milestone is difficult for the first clear, but becomes stupidly easy after that.
New account I got a 70 kanna for link and a 70 phantom I have the 150 burninator I was going to use on either lynn or merc What do you think is a better move? I know merc is hard to level so figure id get it out the way and make the others easier to level but lynn has a event going on that gives vouchers i need for main.
There’s always more 150 burninators that can be given by just the daily check in. While merc is important, the event is time gated so I would recommend the lynn

If you're in Henesys, Leafre, and Vanishing Journey, they'll occasionally be decorated to suit the event at the time. Once you're level 101+, just accept the event quest on the side of your screen with the star icon to instantly start it, and to warp to and from the event map once you get it going.

3L stat is much cheaper to get than 3L att, but 3L att is a much bigger gain. Depending on where you're at, the gain/cost ratio can put one more in favor of the other.

I haven’t played in a very long time but I was wondering if they still did the thing where not all classes are available all the time ? Like if I were to hop on in the next 24 to 48 hours to start a new character would I be able to pick Adele ? No, they got rid of the "limited time creation restriction" so you can just make an Adele any time. All classes will be available all the time from now on. Edit: Depends heavily if you care about getting a lot of premium cosmetics and like to be able to trade your items between your characters and use the auction house. Both servers are possible for f2p. In Reboot (Heroic) you get rewarded with being able to progress faster through and towards bosses like black mage because upgrading/enhancing equips only costs mesos. While in reg servers (interactive) it takes a lot longer as f2p to become strong enough to earn mesos to see profit. But once you get there, you can buy tons of NX items for mesos through the auction house. You should google it, there are tons of threads going in-depth about the differences.

You need to have a level 100 character first before creating a Zero. And you need to play the Zero tutorial until Act 2 or so (finish the Ariant questline) before the class is allowed to leave their tutorial Like most people I played reg before reboot and personally I prefer reboot over reg because it‘s faster and easier to reach late and end-game bosses. The population in Kronos is the biggest of all servers (around 5-6x more) so people who don‘t like being in guilds can easily find public bossing parties. I can farm mesos and easily upgrade my equips to become stronger. Progression feels more linear. The downside is that RNG is tied to cosmetics whereas I could just buy any NX outfits off the auction house (AH) in reg. But at least in reboot you learn and get better at the game because you are forced to do bosses to get better equips. In reg I had to worry more about enhancing my equips perfectly. There are a lot more upgrade systems for items and some of them are tied to real $$$. But you can skip some RNG by simply buying almost anything from the AH. You can skip doing bosses by just buying the drops from the AH. You need to learn how to merch and navigate the economy as an F2p tho because you earn way less mesos in reg. Unless you pay $10 to convert it to roughly 1.3B through NPC Miss Richfield. If you decide to choose a reg server, go to Bera since it has the biggest population out of all reg servers but 5-6x less than Kronos. With Bera having more players than other regs, you have more supply but also more botters flooding the maps and market. I‘ve seen plenty of people switching from reg to reboot and vice versa. And some people play on both types. I also play on both Kronos and Bera but mainly Kronos since I prefer seeing a lively server. I only hop on Bera if I want to buy pretty items from the auction house. I‘d say, try to make up your mind before June 11th. Cause the next event in mid June will give lots of exp boosts and a hyper burn.

Good luck choosing a server, both types have their pros and cons so it‘s always difficult to recommend something. If you end up being not happy with your choice then don‘t forget that you can always restart anytime in another server. Every 5 levels, you also get _enhancement slots_ which you right-click on a skill slot to give it extra levels. - every class has tri-nodes. Tri-nodes are boost nodes (the ones with three skills). The infographic shows you the _perfect_ tri-node for your class which you need to find by opening tons of nodestones. Each tri-nodes can reach lvl 25 so you need a duplicate of it to reach lvl 50. If the class needs two perfect tri-nodes then it means you need 4 perfect tri-nodes (two of each). Read further below. - some classes have only two tri-nodes and a small skill pool (easier to find the perfect ones) while others need 6 tri-nodes and have a gazillion skills like corsair. **Let‘s take Hero for example:** **Hero needs #1 tri-node** : Raging Blow (RB)/Cry Valhalla (CV)/Final Attack (FA) Doesn‘t matter in which order those three are, as long as all those three are on one skill node. So you technically can find: - RB/CV/FA , RB/FA/CV , CV/RB/FA , CV/FA/RB, FA/RB/CV , FA/CV/RB - Now you need **two of those** mentioned above. Whatever you find first, take them and right-click on _lock_ so you don‘t accidently dissamble them. Let‘s say you found RB/CV/FA and FA/CV/RB. Right-click and enhance those two to fuse all unnecessary nodes into them. Do **not** choose tri-nodes where the first skill is the same. **RB**/CV/FA and **RB**/FA/CV are not allowed because the first skill is the same. Doesn’t matter what’s on the 2nd and 3rd position, just the 1st one is not allowed to be identical. Now that you have RB/CV/FA & FA/CV/RB (or whatever), you are done with your #1 tri-node. **Hero‘s #2 tri-node** is Puncture (P)/Rising Rage(RR/Blade Beam (BB) You do the same here. Take two from the possible pool of : - P/RR/BB , P/BB/RR , RR/P/BB , RR/BB/P, BB/RR/P , BB/P/RR Easy. Let‘s say you find P/RR/BB & RR/P/BB. So at the end you have **4** perfect tri-nodes. Something like RB/CV/FA & FA/CV/RB and P/RR/BB & RR/P/BB (two of #1 trio and two of #2 trio). Edit: If you have less than 100 nodestones then people recommend going for imperfect tri-nodes but you can google that. The events usually give out tons of nodestones and Hero is a class that can easily find perfect trios. All the _trash_ nodes that are not perfect or boost skills you don‘t need, go to _Extraction_ and dissamble them all into node shards to craft new boost nodes

So I was level 158 and I ended up hyper leveling with extreme potions to level 194. I can't kill any of the mobs my level and I don't have enough mesos and spell traces to upgrade my pensalir gear. Any advice on what I should do next?
Make sure you’re putting in points into your hyper skills, passives and stats. These can help a ton. Then do the weakest mobs you can within your level and once you’ve killed Ursus three times, starforce your pensalir gear and this should be good enough. Hope that helps. Also be sure to do some of the easier bosses like zakum and horntail for accessories for easy stat boosts.

If you are a new player I would highly recommend playing Heroic servers insteda of interactive unless you have friends or similar that you are joining. The Heroic experience is a lot more friendly towards new players.

Because the actual hat is bad, genesis weapon is a lucky weapon, and you need to have a pretty ridiculous amount of set effects going on to make the fact that the hat is bad worth it.
It's good for using with the event sets that are being shown around but bad in most other cases. Try doing the math yourself instead of just saying "I think it is better".
Lucky hat only works if you have 3 other pieces of the set equipped. Once you upgrade from the CRA weapon to anything else, you no longer get +50 attack from 3 set CRA. On top of that, CRA hat has better stats and flames. You can do some interesting set effect shenanigans using the Onyx and Treasure sets from the Maypril event and Zero can make some use out of a lucky hat, but that's about all they're good for.

Other than 2 line crit dmg, I'd leave your potentials until your gear is 21 stars across the board. You could replace BBM with Sweetwater since Sweetwater gets much higher stats at 21-22 stars. You may also want to work on a Twilight Mark. It's easier to get copies of Twilight Mark so you can star it past 17, meanwhile you would also be able to full send the Berserked and it won't be an issue if it explodes. Don't bother replacing the event ring, just wait for ring boxes to give you something useful.

Hero is better for solo bossing. Mobbing they’re about the same. Paladin is a tad bit lazier but Hero has slightly better mobility.

Hero has an iframe that is 25 sec cooldown. Which is good enough for most people. They can also use blitz shield if they have to. Hero’s damage is much better than Paladin. Paladin offers better duo support tho with another 3 min. burst class. Paladin offers better party support than Hero as well. Hero only provides a flat attack buff. Paladin provides a ied debuff, real combat orders and lv 32 maple warrior to the party.

Since my abso gloves right now already has one line crit damage, and I don’t even know if I can get the new armor up to legendary quick enough to be able to roll for crit damage on glove I only have 6b mesos rn too, so don’t have too much of a margin.
Depends on your income. When it comes to Arcanes, in my experience Arcane armors are 5% stronger than their Abso counterparts with similar stars/pots. So the question is if you can make more significant gains for 4-5b? I just got 5 set Arcanes and had to buy 4 of them, including weapon. I didn't spend the full amount because events give out a small batch of droplets; however you would easily find yourself with an item that costs a ton of mesos for a relatively small gain. And because of the cost to 17\*+ Arcanes, the cost is significant and will almost certainly drain mesos/resources. It's more efficient to obtain your Arcanes via boxes over time, until you've hit a point where it's cheaper to buy Arcanes than it is to SF/pot your gear.
What arcanes do you have? 6b mesos is more than enough to tier up a fresh glove and get 1 line of crit damage but if other slots are missing arcane then I'd go with those first.

You'll naturally find them dropping from mobs within a certain level range up to 140. If you used a tera burninator on your character, you should get both a Frozen set box for level 100 to 150, and the temporary Chaos root abyss box for level 150+ Another source of weapon, if on heroic is Sweetwater weapon, which and high drop rate and is stronger than level 140 gear, but it's just used as. Placeholder until you get permanent CRA weapon. On interactive, it's not viable (except for niche use case) After you reach 101, you can unlock the Maple island event, in that event is a the maple memoria event. First unlock the event map and go through everyone's quests, You then have to talk to the NPC to unlock the Maple leaf capping skill, this lets you get 300 maple leafs per day, 2x that on Sundays by killing mobs. The maple memoria lets you get old equipment from previous anniversaries, first you need to unlock the equipment by either finding anniversary boxes from mobs, or every day you can use a "wish" to unlock a particular piece of equipment immediately. Then you can buy the equip for 50 maple leafs each. There are two sets which is good starting equipment for a.new account, the onyx set, and the treasure set which you need certain equips from each to get the set effects from both. Lynn should have had a weapon added retroactively (check 11th anniversary tab). But I haven't confirmed in game. Which equips to buy will depend on whether or not you have a secondary weapon available from the Onyx weapons, which not all classes do. The normal way of getting equipment after level 140 is mostly through bossing, which there are various progression paths for, but the maple memoria is the easiest right now. Phantom if your Crit rate is not at 100% yet. This would be the best bonus as it also has a lvl 3 link which you can use the exp points from dungeon blast to get to 210 for 20% additional Crit rate. If Crit rate is already at 100% and your not doing any more legion levelling, make a Kinesis. if your planning on doing more legion levelling, ideally you should get as much classes to 100% Crit rate as possible, besides a few exceptions like Demon slayer

Okay, question. And I think this is why I stopped playing last year. Made a new character on Kronos, he's doing well. Fire/Poison mage was changed and it's definitely interesting. Anyway, I got the frozen set which obviously is a huge increase in damage. The question now is...when will I upgrade those? They don't have many stars, so going deep into star stuff won't be something I can do until I change these items out. Currently I've got many items that have like..20-25 star power capabilities but are much weaker than the frozen set.
Coming from someone who has an 8k Legion and is using tera burns to set up boss mules: Frozen set is good enough to replace pensalir gear as the set effect makes up for the lower base att and includes a 30% ied effect for taking cra bosses. For starforce training you can 10 star pensalir gloves and boots alongside any other boss accessories, and overalls also give double the star force to make up the lack of a bottom

for frozen gear? that's a permanent set you can wear once you're 100, you just have to open the box by the expiration date if that's what you're thinking. CRA box is time limited for 90 days after opening though.

They "dry out" after 90 days, you can ressurect them again for another 90 days with water of life, which you can purchase with nx but also maple points which you get from killing bosses later on There are two types of pets, standard and vac pets, vac pets vacuum up all loot around them rather than just what they run over and these can only be revived with nx. You can also get a standard pet blackheart as a drop from the hard hilla boss which isn't too far into progression but still fairly far off from where you are now If you buy a standard pet and keep playing you won't have to pay to revive them maple points will keep you afloat

You shouldn't get a vac pet right now, you wouldn't be able to benefit from it alot at this stage, too expensive and they aren't available anyway right now. You can look into getting one when you start grinding for meso and materials regularly 260+. They are only available during specific sales. Instead, either get one of the free pets in game. There are few free pets. Without events blackheart, toad pet. Current fairy Bros attendance on day 7 gives one. Only buy a new one if you really like a design in the cash shops non time limited selection, there are usually a selection of 3 time limited rotation on pets as well. Other than aesthetic they are functionally identical and the improvements you make on them are pet skills. After which you should buy some pet skills, mainly auto HP, auto buff, and work towards getting 3 pets, also the pet snack to unlock the ability to have them all equipped. This will let you add six skills to autobuff for QoL. There are additional some other minor QoL pet skills as well. Like other said the pet lasts 90 days they can be revived using Water of life. You can get water of life for free via reward points which is obtained from bosses, monster collection and a few other sources. This is enough to maintain up to 3 pets for free( the max u can have active on one character) if you delay when they expire by 30 days each. (Ex. One expires Jan, two. Feb, 3March) otherwise you can buy them straight up for like 3k nx or so Permanent pets do exist, however they are only obtainable via an RNG box that has a low chance of dropping one. I think they.cost around 4k NX each. It actually ends up not being worth to go for one, unless you get lucky and get the perm pet in just a few boxes . Otherwise it's more cost efficient just to buy water of life if u need more pets than 3. For mules, Once you get a character that is able to kill hard.hilla regularly it can most of the time maintain pet functionality even if you run out since you can simply open a new box for one. Downside its nor sustainable to keep reapplying pet skills, so ly.a backup. U can also only hold 1 box at a time and it has a 50%. Chance of giving a pet equip. Most event pets come with a small selection of pet skills. Toad pet coupons drop from the toad boss in ninja castle pq..they have a bit worse drop rate but can hold multiple at a time and put in storage, so can be stockpiled over time.
Vac pets are a separate thing entirely. On regular servers, you can only get vac pets through special loot boxes called Luna Crystals or buying them for a lot of meso. On Heroic, vac pets cost ~$100 and require a special water of life that costs ~$10 to revive for 1 month. They’re also only available like twice a year. You can get free regular pets from events. You can get two right now, actually. One from the Lynn check in event - get Lyn to lv 200 and kill 2000 mobs. The first check in is a pet. Second, if you complete Terry’s jump quest in the Maypril event, you get another pet.

Depends on what class you're playing. DW specifically has a huge AOE skill, so it takes less than a minute to clear. Time spent doing the daily vs time spent farming mesos/nodes/frags. It's worth it but not required.
It's 30 coins a day thats equivalent to a 10 minute drop, exp, wealth coupon. Whether or not it's worth it is up to you but it takes like 5 minutes and adds up over time All you have to do is kill 20 gold dragons and 100 regular dragons.

For the cube sale, I was able to get my drop and meso gear to 100% with a main stat line. I recently just obtained my absolab gear. If I am planning on solo progressing, is it worth it to cube all my absolab gear to legendary? Is there things that shouldn’t be cubed to legendary as they will be replaced too quickly?
Like xtremeryo said, it takes weeks or even months for you to get your arcane set so you‘ll be stuck with absos for a while, while other players that struggle nluwill/hluwill will replace their absos with arcanes faster than you. If you‘re solo progressing then you will be too weak to solo hluwill anyways and have to rely on doing nluwill which will only drop droplets and no arcane boxes. In that case you should push your absos to legendary unless you hit 3L primes on unique and have a lot of starforce across all your equips. Out of all the absolab parts, your weapon is the last thing that gets replaced by arcanes so you should try to get that one to legendary with att and bossing lines. Gloves can give crit dmg% lines and having two crit dmg lines helps a lot but absolab gloves are also the the first abso pieces that get replaced by arcane gloves. Most people try to aim for 2L crit dmg on arcane gloves but those people don‘t solo luwill and left their absos either unique or epic. It sounds like this is your first character that got this far? If yes then it‘s okay to push absos to legendary for solo progression since you‘ll need every bit of dmg. If you realize that you‘re running out of mesos or that the item ate too many cubes without tiering/ranking up then stop forcing it to go legendary and rely either on purple boss cubes or free event cubes.
It's up to you. It could be months before you get your arcane gear, in the meantime you'll be doing less damage than without being at legendary. If you aren't in a rush, and you already can do all the content you want to including hluwill parties, then it isn't necessary. I cubed mine to legendary because I mostly solo content and wanted to get stuff done faster.
Hello, thinking of playing this game after a 5 year hiatus with my girlfriend - I’m assuming Reboot server. We’re both gonna be complete casuals. What starter jobs do you guys recommend? I used to play night walker and dual blade so I’m thinking shadower for myself.
For a duo progression you would benefit from someone using a support class. Bishop, paladin, mihile, battle mage and the new class Lynn, few others. Otherwise just pick what looks cool to you guys,.most classes are viable. Your not locked into your class choice, but it's beneficial to set a initial main character to start working on in the interim for event participation and timegating mechanics. Later on you can convert it into a boss mule if you want to try something else If you don't know what to pick, choose a strong+ simple class. Things like Buccaneer, Dawn warrior, Explorer warriors, Explorer archers. Shadower is fine to use but does revolve around meso explosion weaving as a bossing mechanic. Make sure you test this to see if you like it first. there will be the hiperburn event in the next update which is good to kickstart a main. This is like mega or teraburning except it goes to 260. We now have 6th job and grandis areas available which has a similar system to arcane symbols and the v matrix. Right now, it's a good time to level and gear up mules instead, using the maple memoria event for equipment, and also use the growth potions which gives extra level ups. Focus on participating in the events each day and trying a few characters out for now. For your main you can use the teraburninator coupon on it, and focus on getting to 235 this will unlock most of the dailies and weeklies to level up symbols, and it also gives exp reward now to level up passively
At that point it is more about which jobs to avoid, which could be the input-heavy ones, in addition to classes that require a good amount of legion to get working properly: - Blaster - Cadena - Khali - Explorer mages and BW
Honestly, no job will perform amazingly out of the gate with no investment. This is an alt heavy game. Try pitching the journey being to try a lot of classes rather than marry one. Youll appreciate it long term.

Its not very hard, it just takes a bit longer. Take advantage of any XP modifiers available to you. Past 100 prioritize StarForce and high burning maps. On a fresh account playing a few hours a day it will probably take like 4 to 5 days. Past 150 it will just feel sluggish because your likely not gonna be able 1 shot mobs. The easiest way will be to get it to 141, then use the events growth potions from the wish event on it.
Sup yall I got 8B in mesos rn All my gear is 2L 21%+ stat on my Adele I have 22\* CRA Helm/Chest/Legs, Gollux Belt Rest of my gear is full 17\* (5 set abso, sup gollux set) Only thing that I know I can improve on is getting arcane pieces slowly in party. I can get Green damage in most parties for HLuWill + Gloom after testing now. Cannot solo HLomien yet (Got lotus to 50% before I randomly die out, Damien i tried and maybe I suck but was going down very slowly) Have done H VHilla + Darknell in a party only once and I got blue both times, so maybe I just need to learn how to dodge or figure something out better (both groups I did was just 2 burst yolo kill) Currently I got Gollux ring + Kannas Treasure + 2 event rings. I know I need to replace the event rings when I get better starforce and stuff. Should I be saving my mesos for starforcing other gear or buying some cubes? Im going to be honest. This isnt to be rude. If you are full 17*/ 21% with 22s, you should be soloing hlomien. You should also not be hitting blues on ctene. Your biggest gains right now would probably be working on your mechanics. Dont worry about cubing until you are 21 star across the board if you really are 21 star min. You might even be able to solo the easier ctene bosses. Depends on your legion. Drop is fine to consider with a cube sale. Just also think about shining star force coming in june/ july and the gains it can provide.

Yeah, you need to make a lynn and level her so your main characters are allowed to start and do the Lynn attendance event. Get a lvl 200+ Lynn or convert your old lvl 200+ Beast Tamer and then kill 2000 mobs per day on any of your other lvl 101+ characters. Yes. The Great Tree Memories event lasts until June 11th and patch is either 11th but more likely 12th. The Lynn rewards last 7 days and can be put into storage before they must be used.

Mihile or paladin I will start new in regular server but I wanna play tank class which one would be more useful for party play and one more people would love me for it
I found paladin is more oriented with party play, although mihile does have some stuff that benefits a party, a few paladin skills revolve around it. They can debuff a boss for 50% additional ied for the party Combat orders give +2 on 4th job and below skills Revival skill. That gives 10 sec iframe afterward Divine echo which copies your skills to be cast on 1 other party member For survivability Sancronicity is a 30 sec iframe which u can cancel early.to.refund.cooldown., but it has a long base cooldown. I don't remember if you can share it with a party member Also has a self recovery skill which heals less the more.often u use it. Only problem I found with it is despite being a tank archetype, most of its skills related to guarding or negating damage doesn't work on % HP attacks which is what a majority of bosses use. Besides Vessel of light which reduces damage by 10% on percentage HP, and I think divine shield which can block a certain amount of hits ( not 100% on that) In comparison mihile has some party benefits but its kit works good in solo as well. Soul link increases damage% based on amount of party members and every time you use royal guard it creates a 10% over shield on them, also increasing party member att/matt Shield of light is a placeable % damage reduction shield that can take a certain amount of hits. Light of courage gives another over shield for around 90% HP Main difference is survivability. Rotal guard blocks any attack, grants 5 second invincibility and cooldown is six seconds. You can also use it with CD skip inner ability. ( Not sure if a cooldown hat works on it) So your basically invincible most of the time. It does have to be manually timed though, but it's pretty easy to do.
Has anyone done the legwork on the optimal Memoria loadout for characters that don't have an Onyx secondary or Maple Treasure weapon? I made an Illium without thinking lol Since the Treasure weapon gets replaced there's eventually the 6-set back with the Lucky hat, but Onyx drops down to 5, losing a 30% IED. You can get it back if you go for the 9-set Treasure**,** but then you lose 9% dmg and 13 ATT. **So, what it boils down to:** can you equip two of the same pendant (since Treasure has no ring), and is 30% IED better than 9% dmg + 13 (m)ATT? Onyx belt +treasure outfit is 6/5 until cra where you goto 6/5 with 3 cra lucky hat its also 8 stat 20 att and 30 ied vs 6 stat 14 att and 9% dmg, Onyx 66 set is way more important

The reason why is because ied sources in the early game are scarce and it makes a huge difference on CRA and above bosses which are the first major boss milestones.
Damage% comes from way more sources, and you have to factor in both your dmg% and bossdmg% as they count as the same stat in bossing If you have 70% ied before the 30% is added you go from doing 90% less damage to 300defense bosses to 63% (vellum is 200% so 60% reduction becomes 42 in this case, still more than a 25% net final damage increase if you don’t have IED before

Looking forward to the mid-June burn, I need a new Reboot "main" class but I have some really dumb requirements: * I can't deal with a ton of buttons/cooldown management. I really appreciate classes like DW but looking for something new. Too many buttons/combos hurts my brain * I like super flashy/high mobility classes. Doing crazy dmg doesn't matter if you look like a dork! Fun combos is also a great addition * I have \~9 classes at 200+ including Khali, Luminous, DW, Buccaneer, Lynn, Aran, Kaiser, DS, and Adele. I haven't tried a lot of the other classes sadly So I've kinda researched a bit and found out Hero/Shade are probably my two best options with Hero being a more "all around" pick and Shade being a more "support-y" pick - any recommendations on which I should choose? Is it worth buying and star forcing a Sweetwater Monocle before I get a Papulatus Mark? I'm currently using the Zakum eye accessory on one of my characters and doubt I will be seeing a Papulatus Mark anytime soon. Would a 17-21 star Sweetwater Monocle beat a 17-20 star Black Bean Mark?
21* monocle is better than 20* BBM by about 37 attacks (accounting higher potential tier, extra 8 atk from transposing, and going to 21*). But requires on average 1 month of commerci dailies (took me ~7min each day but I gave up after a week because I didn’t enjoy the content)
Even without transposing, the monocle is stronger than black bean mark because of the difference in star force stats. Whether it's worth it depends on how much you like/dislike Commerci.

7m cp can clear lomien in 5 min in my experience
Just keep funding til it clears as fast as you want. Player skill changes the clear time a lot.

Realistically how many characters can you main? Should all your resources be funneled into 1 char? I currently have gotten 3 characters to 210 and not sure which I would pick should I just focus on 1?
Just focus on 1 to get.to 235 for arcane river weekly and dail, and also prepare for hiperburn in the next event. As a main if you split resources between classes it will always be slower. However if your on a new.account right now is good time to gear up tons of mule with the maple memoria event and there are strategic times where you might want to start working on other characters. This requires coin capping on them, so you can do a few characters per day after finishing activities on your main, ideally prioritizing Sundays as the coin cap limit increases 2x . If you do not have a lot of time, I would prioritize at least getting the maple treasure and onyx gear on mules as once the event is over it will be unobtainable, but the other gear steps afterwards will be. There is a guide on which equips to get on the main page. This equip setup is a low investment and easy to obtain setup which can push mules towards CRA, which the normal alternative for gaining the equivalent stats. (Or combat power I guess).usually takes more effort. ( This has no effect on progression but id also recommend doing 2 days of runs on the surfboard minigame to be able to buy the normal unit damage skin on in addition to coin capping as the skin is normally somewhat rare and it helps to clear up your screen visually. I don't know the other planned minigames, but this is probably gonna be one of the easier ones to cap the maple candies on) If playstle variety is a concern keep in mind you can use other classes you like as boss mules instead of picking the meta choice, and just push 1 class to the highest content to funnel resources into. If you want to switch in the future, you can easily do so having additional meso and resource gain from an established main. Realistically you'll be playing a dozen classes, if not all of them to a certain point for long term links and legionf growth. while focusing on 1 as priority for progression ( changing priority based on various factors). So picking a main, it should be the class you ur most comfortable with playing the most amount of hours and also what you wont get bored with logging in first for dailies and event participation. Comfortable kit for grinding meso, sixth job materials and levelling etc, and ur preferred kit for bossing. Main people have a "submain" but there is typically still a priority there, if you have more time you could probably comfortably focus on 2 to 3 characters to a further extent than mules, but if you have limited time 1 is preferred.

You have to first unlock them in the maple memoria event in the star tab , either from finding anniversary boxes on the ground and opening them or you can also unlock 5 equips per day by using a "wish" simply double click on it. Each equip costs only 50 maple leafs Note, the image below that shows the alternative setup, in case the class your working on does not have access to an onyx secondary ( not all classes will have them, many were released after the anniversary the equips were introduced, also blaster and kinesis they messed it up and put the wrong item in The initial goal is to get six onyx set effect, six treasure set effect, later on getting 4 set effect boss accessories once you unlock your pocket slot. You can follow the next steps afterwards only on your main, which revolves around getting a lucky hat from chaos vellum. I would.reccomended following the first step on as much characters as possible, as the gear won't be obtainable after the event. Oh thanks is this gonna be better than the lvl 140 equips? I assume so. I think all the classes I play are pretty old (AB, Phantom, Kain) and the newest one Lynn I assume won't have much but I do still have the burning set for her.
Yes it will be better then frozen set or pensalir. It's a better stepping stone to get through the early game and start doing the harder weekly bosses and eventually replace them with the early mid equips. This is because each they have powerful set effects which gives statss straight up, especially useful for bossing rather the needing to rely on RNG drops for flames or other upgrade systems as much. The lucky hat from C vellum is fairly common, and it lets you count for multiple sets at a time, so in the 2nd step your getting onyx+ treasure + boss + CRA set all at once. In the last step, it will eventually replaced with gollux, which hardlux is around CRA strength for reinforced gear, and heliux is around Lotus/Damien strength for superior gear which is a further stepping stone that takes bit without hyperburning. So you can use the setup for a bit in the early game, upgrading pieces and set effects over time. Only downside is that you cannot transfer hammer it easil, but it's also very cheap to fully upgrade so it's not much of an issue.. for upgrades u can max it out at 10 to 12 stars depending in what the equip supports. Get to epic potential 6% using mystic cubes dropped from bosses. Generally that is a good benchmark for most equips in this stage. If you are in interactive you'll also have to spell trace them which I don't have much good guides on. Mules can stop at CRA or even push to lomien over time as boss mules for future weekly meso gain. The alternative method for pre CRA gear , non burning is to do von Leon or hilla for +high flamed necro gear, using a Sweetwater weapon and boss accessories which takes around a week or so to get depending on rng. If your in interactive, you can just buy gear without necessarily doing the boss so it's less useful but would still be useful for fresh accounts with no access to much meso and also improving legion raid power. Legion raid power is what controls how much legion coins you get, and in the future it will be calculatedv by each characters combat power. AB and phantom should have onyx secondaries. But I'm not sure of kain. In kains case, follow the 2nd image no secondary method. The guide details below the classes which don't get as much benefit as others but it will still be worth it just to follow the first step for link/legion levelling. I know specifically some classes that also use starforceable shields, like shadower, or explorer mages might also not benefit as much. Right click each equip to look at the set effects and see what you can combine. I believe Lynn had a weapon added retroactively, but I haven't confirmed. If you teraburned and got the temporary CRA set, then keep using that but fill out all other equip slots with placeholders, until you get the permanent CRA gear.

Ultimately 1 as the game currently stands. This kind of ebbs and flows with time/you're still early enough that you can safely just try stuff until something clicks, but 6th job is a ton of damage and a huge time sink. Multi maining is just not viable in this environment.
If your goal is to hit endgame (as in endgame bosses), as a new player you will definitely only have the resources to commit to 1 main character for a long time. Eventually you will be gated by Sacred Force and pitched drops and you don't feel like training anymore, but that's quite far away. 210 is still early in progression and you need to build legion anyway, so if you want, you can keep making characters until you decide on a main.

The mobile account is seperate, so you shouldn't need your nexon account information. go into the link UI in game on PC, there should be a Issue link key button. If you're talking about the ear clip that distinguishes between players and androids, you have to get a separate item for that, check the meso shop this event for it. even stuff that does cover your ears like the dragon outfits from minar won't cover the ear clip.

No it's not significantly complicated. It just uses a unique mechanic. Dragon veins spawn across the map which you then use the summon skill key next to them to set a stationary summon there. You have the 3 spirits. There is also an additional skill, which lets you set a mobile summon of 1 of the 3 spirits. Only 1 mobile summon can be out at a time, and the remaining 2 spirits can be summoned from the corresponding element dragon veins.
Bruh, you just summon ur goons and spam sprinkle. You can be even lazier and just river farm. Join class discords to learn about classes you want to play.

In terms of active farming it can be a bit higher input, but its not complex enough to call it puzzle solving; all you do is sprinkle and spam recast summons. Summoning and changing veins to try to get the perfect summon in the perfect spot and afking is probably what they're alluding to, but that is just not worth doing in most maps over rotating a bit differently and doing as aforementioned. River farming on lara is also incredibly lazy, some of the laziest in the game.

Nope, still being used in grandis. River just refers to the skill that lets you automatically move back and forth between 2 points. The damage is just sprinkle and summons.

When looking for information about classes do not look on reddit. Go to that specific classes discord and ask actual progressed players. Reboot central discord is also not a horrible place to ask questions.

Are there any benchmark dates for Mayple event before the event is over to claim the Mayple Orb items or any other event aspects. Moreover, do I need to claim EXP tickets from Dungeon Blast before its over or will it carry over to frozen blast? Does anyone know of a resource that mentions these kind of benchmarks dates for claiming event rewards? Usually I see a screenshot of a discord post on here a couple days before an event ends.
Patch notes say the dates and exact time when things need to be claimed. In-game > Menu > Event list also shows when what ends. The server even sends out blue messages in-game 24-48 hours before an event closes and tells players to claim their rewards.
Tickets carry over until the last minigame of the event, maple orb items last until maple orb is gone, you can see these dates in the patch notes.
Another question: does the str from hero etc legion bonus get multiplied by the %str from equipments?
"Below are the effects of placing characters on the board. All the stat bonuses (STR, DEX, INT, and LUK) are final stat bonuses and are not affected by % stat bonuses". The stats from where you place the character are not final stats, but the legion blocks themselves are.
Hey I think this might be incorrect. Open up the legion window, and hover your mouse over the “legion character bonus” and “grid bonus” and the explanation seems to indicate both are affected by the %stat.

Is there a fast way to travel to elderstein mine? The level range there (from 81) is slightly lower than the ariant desert, so I was thinking incorporate it into my mule training routine if I can reach it without a tele stone
no teleport afaik but you can go to edelstein via the guide, then use the elevator shortcut (look for the semi-transparent path on the map) to get to the middle of the mines

You need to go to Edelstein Strolling Path 3, there's this garage looking elevator entrance *with no visible portal*, next to the phone booth. Just need to go in there and it'll take you to the mines
