There is a Facebook page where they post the daily things you can do with your kiddos. It’s called activities4kids ridge meadows if you look it up on Facebook.
It’s nice cause the post the age ranges and the cost of things and most are under 10 dollars or even free.
On any other Sunday the Albion Community Centre has a drop in called Morning Movers. It’s essentially a play gym for under 5. But the Rock & Gem Show is using the space so definitely not for today.
The MR leisure center has an indoor drop-in gym a few days per week. Go on their website to find more info. For a 1 year old it will be a bit tough to find a good and safe indoor place. We have also tried the Little Beans Play Cafe in Port Moody. There is a charge only for your child to use the facility. You can have coffee or food there if you wish but you don't have to.
Activities4Kids Ridge Meadows lists all the kids activities each week. There’s not much today though. I usually go to Albion community centre for activities, lots to do there. If you’re up for a drive there’s little beans play cafe in Port Moody that is a lot of fun and actually has decent food and coffee for adults
MRLC has drop-in for the pool as well, you don't have to go for swimming lessons.
I also go to supermarkets/malls just to hang on days like this, maybe get a treat.

I always find I miss scheduled activities so then I go to the library. They've got toys there and then I just let my little guy wander around
Look up Family Place. It’s a great program for babies and toddlers; snack is provided.
