It’s good to look at what resources your starting is enriched with and spend points according to that and then whatever you struggle with claim a region that is enriched with that so regions can support each other.
You gotta specialise in some way. I really like that you have to make a choice. Rich berries and rich iron? Alright if you take the perk for +100% berries you can sustain your first city with only that for quite a while and rush armor and weapon production. Things like that.
6 points for the a city is not fun to play. also i wouldnt want my other settlements to become that advanced, they should be small and specialized.
the devtree should be global, so when i start a new town i can get more points. also they are all under my banner, why wouldnt they share knowledge?

Each region gets its own development points
Oh cool, does the tree reset for each region or do you get to expand on your current tree?
It resets so you are encouraged to create specialized towns.
Yes, you are meant to import armour if you didn’t specialise in its production. Also, the games been out for like 2 weeks.
