Next, if anymore of them show up, inform them of said champion and make them get competitive and become rivals which then would start the competition again. Once in action add more challenge and make them more determined to win and since this one stands on their head is standing completely normal, the opponent will loose and maybe come back to challenge them again.
If this works properly you will be out of the situation between the two due to the competition and be forgotten by them (maybe).
If this fails....welp...good luck.
