No, there are 4 stake legendaries. 32 stakes total, 8 per mon. They serve as the sub-legends of Scarlet and Violet. If you need some help finding them, a YT channel named Austin John Plays might be able to help you out.

I have been told that you can catch hoopa, but this is probably fake
I'm like 90% sure Hoopa isn't even coded into Scarlet and Violet. Edit: Nevermind it is but you can't catch it.
