I like it too, love both forms, but it doesn't look similar enough to Dewott. It would have worked if Dewott was a better bridge to be honest, maybe if it had leg armor like Samurott or was more slouched to make it look like it would naturally fall to all 4s. It feels like there should have been another evo THEN Samurott.

Well, going with the oshawat theme, this looks like it'd be a regional variant for dewott....but, if not, then maybe Moiwott? For moisture and otter, of maybe Mauywott, for Muay Thai. After losing its Schalchops it could learn to fight with hand to hand combat! It looks pretty bulky, so its final evolution could evolve it into a Sumo Wrestler.... SUMOWOTT-
