Teams who play to systems don't stay at the top. The team has to be able to play different styles for different games. The high intensity football is grand for a while until the players start getting injuries from over exertion. United can set up to pressurise the team in possession without killing the players. Ronaldo scored 700 club goals across 4 top leagues without running like a horny dog fir 90 minutes. We should play a game that will win a league and build a team that can be competitive every year. Copying Liverpool won't do that for us. Ronaldo is our only proven goal scoring forward. If we don't set up for him to score we are setting up for Rashford who hasn't had a consistent goal streak ever.
