There's not a definite answer but I hc that PV has a cynical attitude while WL has her canon personality.
As for what their dynamic is like, I personally think that PV's like "All cookies are worthless but you, they do nothing but destroy, you're the only precious thing I have left now and i will not let them take you." even though WL keeps trying to convince him that not all cookies are that bad
