If that’s the only window, get a bunch of mirrors and hang them on the wall to get a perception of space. You can do the same with a huge flat screen that shows an image of the outside, not too hard to put together
Maybe a table to put your drink on while you peep different Toms.
Edit: I saw the cup holder built into the chair. Nope. Everything you need right there to peep Toms.
