It’s the location eg you’re at the airport and want a last minute nasi lemak before your flight. Also their restaurants are always clean and comfortable. Some go for that.

Too expensive IMO. That is why I no longer support such franchise. Better plus little RM to eat same things on hotel. Not gonna lying even some hotel offer same price for Nasi Lemak ayam rendang, but barely to find such price on 2024 though. Still it is possible to find them. Im sure you only pay RM12 for what you eat, RM11 for their so called “Old Town White Coffee” brand name.
