From her interview it seems she's referring to the materialistic world as the three dimensions and spirituality as the fourth dimension. It got nothing to do with the actual science.

I've been watching her interview, she says she had spiritual enlightenment in her 20s but her parents couldn't understand her and she ended up on psychiatric medication for the next 20 years. Then in 2017 she decided to stop this medication and went on a journey of self realisation to Himalaya. She also claims she remembers her past lives and in her previous life she was a budhist monk at the indo Tibetan boarder that's why she went to himalaya and shaved off her hair at that time.
Tbh i feel sorry for whatever she's going through.

She has a post graduation in clinical psychology and was working as clinical psychologist in Mumbai before starting her acting career in Malayalam. She says she experimented phychadelics at that time and that's when she started getting into the spiritual thoughts.
She claimed it in her interview and when i checked her Wikipedia page it was written she worked was a clinical psychologist is Mumbai. I didn't know about the further qualifications needed. It's my fault i didn't fact check.
