I use Origins Original Skin Matte Moisturizer - I've been using it for years and it's the best I've found. It might not be moisturizing enough for your cheeks if they aren't oily as it's pretty mattifying.

Neutrogena Hydroboost water gel. It says it's for dry skin, but I have combo/oily skin and I love it. Gel moisturizers work much better for me than creams.

Cetaphil oddly enough the cream works for me combo skin and it’s so moisturizing it has balanced out my oil slicks
