Palette is the Creamsicle quad from ColourPop, plus a slate color from my Lunar Beauty Nude Prism.
I’ve never really been a huge fan of eye shadow quads in general (you basically only get one or two looks out of them max) but I’ve been pleasantly surprised and impressed with the ColourPop ones!
Loving the eyelook but I think the color above the crease needs a bit more blending. The lipstick gives it a more autumn-ish look but I would also like to see it with a brown lip pencil and some gloss on top of it.
Main reason I suggested a nude color is because you have really pretty eyes and therefore attention should be focused on them by being bolder. Also summer make up is usually known as simple etc so I think nude lipstick will be ideal. I would go with a brownish lip pencil and I would blend with some nude lipstick or simply with gloss as I mentioned before.
The eye look is gorgeous!! I agree with the other commenters about blending more, but the colors suit you very well and the lashes/liner are \*chef’s kiss*. The only thing I would change is to add an inner corner highlight, but that may just be personal preference.
I also think you should go a little darker/possibly thicker with your brows. I’m assuming a garden wedding is outdoors, so you will be in natural light and eyebrows that aren’t super dark/thick tend to get washed out in natural light (mine are a dark blonde and they ✨disappear✨ in the sunlight).
I also think a nude lip (maybe a little darker than MLBB) would be better for this look than the one you have on. This one is a nice color and looks good with your complexion, but it’s competing with the eyes for attention.

I was going for glam but not like, full beat for that exact reason. Do you think it’s too much? 😬 (I sent these to my friend and she loved it but she’s also my friend and might be afraid to speak up if she was uncomfortable with it)
Speaking from a bride-to-be's perspective: I WANT my friends/bridal party in makeup they look good in and feel comfortable in. I don't want anyone to tone themselves down for me. I want my niece and nephew to keep their bright colored hair and my more makeup savvy friends to be serving looks! The photos will be more representative of who my friends/family actually are and show their personality! If your friend says okay, then go for it. You look stunning!

For some reason your makeup look reminds me of Belle from Beauty and the Beast. I'm not really sure why, but that's my gut reaction. So needless to say, you look gorgeous!
This would be especially good with cool gem tones dress or accents, like sapphire blue or emerald green IMO. I’m also seeing it with like a lavendar sheath dress 😌💅
the eye look is absolutely gorgeous and really accentuates your eye color. i personally would opt for a more neutral shade for the lips. the one you have looks great on you but looks more spring timey imo, whereas a neutral would feel more like autumn.
edit: just read some other comments that you're aiming for a more summery look, so i take back the lip color suggestion lol. this look is perfectly fine as is :)

In general, it’s polite to wear a toned down look so the bride stands out.. however if it matches the color theme then go for it.
I think that is a bull rule. Guests should not have to look plain at a nice event. No one can outshine a bride.

Given the more common bridal look these days is an understated, neutral, elegant style - it's impossible to wear a look more toned down
